I recently contacted Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville to address an issue with my garage door. The whole process, from my initial phone call through resolution, was outstanding! The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs. The Receptionist and Service Technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for any issues with your garage door!

Today 11 Mar 2025, I called Precision Garage for repair. Within 30 minutes, the technician Mr. Chad arrived and greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner. It didn't took long and he finished the job ( replacement of springs) He is very knowledgeable and professional in his job. Left the place clean. I highly recommend him for a company recognition. Precision Door Service provides professional and experienced technicians to assist with all garage door needs. Not only did they replace my garage door after I accidentally backed into it after getting a pneumonia shot, but they replaced springs and key pad. They are the best!

Great customer experience! The springs snapped on our garage door Saturday afternoon. Called Precision and was able to have a door professional make the repairs early the next day-Sunday!! Ron was wonderful and reviewed the recommended repairs with us and completed the task within a reasonable timeframe. Precision Garage Door promptly dispatched a technician to my house as our cars were trapped in the garage when the 8 year old spring gave way. Nick the technician thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to replace the spring on my garage door. Excellent, professional, friendly service. Early Sunday morning I tried to exit my garage but was unable to lift the garage door. The huge spring over the door had broken. A professional garage door technician was at my home by noon and everything was fixed by 2:30. Before payment I was given an itemized statement of what would be done what it would cost as well as warranty information.
