Andrew was very thorough. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

My initial request was for a repair; however, additional issues were discovered, and I ended up having to replace the garage opener all together... I HAVE ZERO REGRETS!!! My technician, Kalen, was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Kalen took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and helped me find an affordable solution. The new opener is fantastic and so quiet! The entire process was great! From booking the appointment to actual service being performed to today, now having a couple of days with the new system. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Nate performed a thorough check and tightened and lubricated everything. Once done Nate answered our questions and informed us about what was under warranty. Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. Chad arrived and was kind and efficient. He had the door fixed as soon as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
