Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. The technician was courteous and engaging and the work completed quickly. I was pleased that he went beyond the scope of the repair and checked the tracks, rollers and lubricated all components. Very much satisfied with the entire experience.

Our technician, Mitchell Dehler, was absolutely amazing ! He showed us up front what he was going to do and what to expect with our two new garage door openers.
