After being frustrated from talking to two other garage door companies, who were not that knowledgeable on their products, I called Precision because of the good reviews. I was connected to Shaun Clements. It was obvious, right away, that Shaun was very knowledgeable about the garage door business. Believe me, I had lots of questions. Shaun was so personable and patient. He explained all of the options from style, insulation, and durability for me. I felt confident in my selection after he spent so much time to make sure that I was making an informed decision. He kept me up-to-date on the delivery and installation date. Believe me, this company delivers on their promises. They arrive on time, if not before the scheduled appointment. You guys are the best. GOOD JOB!

I had a new door installed in April 2013. Purchased the upgrade on hardware. Did have one call for adjustment to tension as door was noisy. This May I noticed corrosion on the eight metal struts. Your office advised me to contact the manufacture. After some correspondence they agreed to replace the struts. Your office called and set up and appt and agreed to charge only the $49 ser call. Good customer serice. Work completed this a.m. Thanks
