Probably one of the most extraordinary responses by a company of any kind! It was a response more like a 911 call than a household repair company! I called them at 10am and I received a call from technician "Chad" in less than 10 minutes telling me he was on his way over! When Chad arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me several options for repair. By lunchtime, Chad was done with the repair (spring replacement). Seemed a little pricey but they do honor military discount, and I did opt for the higher cost/more durable parts so the cost pill was a little easier to swallow. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Chad for garage door repairs/installation.

Our old garage door opener had been failing and after 15 years it was time. We called PRECISION and a real person picked up right away! They came out the next day (they would’ve come that day, but we weren’t home). Cameron inspected it and explained why the chain popped off and showed the bits of the gear grinding metal on top of the opener. Turns out the wood door was too heavy for the small machine. We wanted to keep the old door a bit longer so he gave us a several options. We learned about video surveillance models but I just wanted a regular opener. So we talked about two powerful openers and even a light commercial one. No pressure, just explained the differences. We went with the light commercial belt driven opener and it is awesome. So quiet! Cameron did such a nice job of explaining the process of installation, was very neat, and even programmed all our cars and changed our keypad on the outside of the garage and programmed that too. He tuned up and tightened the old door too! He was super polite and skilled making us feel confident with our choice - not to mention the warranty on their work and the opener itself. Would recommend to family and friends anytime!

The whole process was an excellent display of customer service. I first booked the appointment online without any hassle. The garage experts (Ron and Steve, if remember correctly) assigned to my home sent me a text at 11:34am when they were on the way. I should note that I selected a timeframe of between 12-2 for arrival. This is the first time I've had a service show up to my home earlier than expected. They were polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable! Not only did the fix my initial problem, they informed my of other problems I could be facing with a 20+ year old garage that hadn't been maintained by the previous homeowners. They also taught me what to look out for and how to do minor maintenance to improve the longevity of my garage mechanics. My 6 year old son had 100 questions for them, naturally, but they were so kind to answer what they could and even showed him how some tools worked. Overall i was very impressed and beyond satisfied with the customer service and repair quality. I would highly recommend them.
