Great customer experience! The springs snapped on our garage door Saturday afternoon. Called Precision and was able to have a door professional make the repairs early the next day-Sunday!! Ron was wonderful and reviewed the recommended repairs with us and completed the task within a reasonable timeframe. Appreciate the company’s availability as other companies were closed on the weekend. Thank you, Precision.

Wow! Called on Sunday night for a non-emergency repair & they were here first thing Monday morning! Immediate professional confirmation via text of the appointment once it was set & tech texted me 30 minutes prior to arriving. I am preparing my house to sell and wouldn’t you know, my garage door lock and handle blew up today. My door is manual with a tee handle and lock combo. I called several places today and Precision was the only one to schedule me for today. I received a pre-visit call from Chad letting me know his arrival time. I could go on but let’s just say he exceeded my expectations and got the parts delivered while he waited. The new lock works great, I am very pleased with chad’s service. As an aside I do have one issue. While perusing their website I found a 10% discount that I wasn’t made aware of. Sure wish I had the discount applied.

I called precision because I had a broken spring in my garage door. They were at my home within three hours. Their technician Drew was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He replaced my springs and several other parts that had worn out over the years. I don’t remember my garage door operating as quietly as it does now.
