Have used Precision a few times, Drew came out today to remove the bottom of the garage door from the rear door of my van after my wife didn’t pull far enough out and opened the rear door catching it on the rear window wiper. I’m handicapped and couldn’t do it myself nor could my wife. Drew was very pleasant and professional and took care of the issue quickly. Then checked out the door and the opener making recommendations on things that need to possibly be replaced or repaired. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of any garage door repairs.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service multiple times over the past 10 years to help us maintain our old and aging garage door system. Yesterday, the Craftsman chain broke along with a few other parts that broke at the same time as it all snapped. That thing has always been so loud and jerky so we decided it was time for a new one that would last us for many more years. I called Precision and Drew was at our house in 30 minutes!! He was such a blessing to us today! We decided to go ahead and also replace the lift system (also quite old) while we had him here. He had everything he needed (multiple products and price point options) already loaded on his truck.He immediately went to work. Drew worked in the 90+ degree heat of our garage for 4+ hours with such skill and such an amazing attitude. He was very informed on all our product options, warranties, longevity predictions, brands, etc. He gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision for our home. After he finished the job, he took the time to explain everything to us on its use. He programmed the openers, the keypad, and even the buttons in our vehicles so we would be all set with our new opener system (while also making sure we knew how to do this ourselves if needed). We absolutely loved working with Drew and we love our new system. It’s sooo quiet and smooth!! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and we think Drew is a superb technician with such a fabulous work ethic and attitude.

Excellent Service I had my garage doors installed on Monday 6-08-2026. There were three service technicians that assisted in my project. Matthew the estimator, was helpful, easy to work with, took detailed specifications and suggested doors that would be the best fit for my garage. The two installers, Ronnie and Franklin were TOP-NOTCH. Ronnie and Franklin worked the entire day until the project was completed and gave me instructions on the capabilities of my new garage doors and openers.

Tech was very courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. In the end we purchased a whole new unit. However, when we received our bill, we noticed a $20. “fleet charge fee” that wasn’t mentioned by the company. In fact, the reason that we used them was because it mentioned on their website there was no charge for them to come out.
