He was very courteous and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and what we might want do now or in the future. After calling other garage door services, I chose Precision. Their prices were in line with the others I spoke to but I chose them because of the professionalism, my installer suggested several options and he was able to install the opener right then. I like the fact he had on a shirt with the company logo on it and his company truck that was equipped with everything needed to install opener. (We can’t be too careful these days!). I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door servicing. ????

Colt showed up exactly to the minute. I explained exactly what happened and he examined my garage door and immediately told me the price and fixed immediately. I did tell him that I had tried to fix and he was very polite. Very Professional, started immediately and fixed quickly. Value price. If all your technicians are as good as Colton you will have much Success. I would give Colt six stars. And if I have similar problems you will be my first Call!
