I called Precision Door today when our garage door needed repair. We had used Precision for a repair on a previous home we owned and were very pleased with the service. I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!
