Precision door did a great job reprogramming the motor On my garage door. The service technician Cameron went above and beyond to help me get my remotes and car opener to work. He was very professional and courteous.

The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.

We purchased a new garage door opener from Precision in 2024. Today, when I arrived home from work, our garage door opened about three inches then stopped. Long story short, it was a broken spring. A very competent technician was able to come within 20 minutes of my call and fixed the spring and other things that were impacting and adding to the spring breaking. We are extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville.

Your service was excellent and my technical representative, Noah, was very professional. His work was neat, he even cleaned my garage floor when the job was complete. I had called for a repair but when we found that my garage door opener was beyond repair, Noah had all the needed supplies to install a new opener.
