Alice Hassenpflug

Noah came to replace one of the garage door remotes which was not working. I decided to have some parts of the garage door replaced because they were showing wear. Since he was already here I decided to go ahead and have the work done.

I called on Friday 4/10 around 3pm to schedule a service for a non-emergent issue. I was hoping to get something scheduled for next week, and was surprised that someone could come the same day. Less than an hour and a tech was here. Colton was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and just overall a nice guy. He was able to quickly find and explain the issue and offer a couple of solutions. We ultimately decided on a new motor (to replace the 25 y/o motor), which Colton had installed pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Chad and Dalton did a great job replacing my old Genie garage door opener with a brand new Liftmaster 6690L. They did it in just over an hour, were very professional and absolutely valued and understood what I wanted to accomplish. They went above and beyond in doing that and I really appreciate it.

We highly recommend Percision Garage Door. Our door spring broke yesterday trapping our vehicle in the garage. After checking reviews, we called Percision and were able to get an appointment for today. Extremely quick service. Noah arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He was friendly, respectful, professional and made sound recommendations. He worked quickly and when finished, cleaned the entire area. We are so happy with our quite door opener and such great service.

Service tech's were extremely professional, explained what they were doing, and were a little fun loving as well--- which I appreciate!! Had some components that needed to be replaced, and they were able to complete everything promptly and efficiently. This is why I keep calling them back to perform, and annual inspection - their performance!!

Quick service was provided. I was given more than one option which gave me a choice more affordable for me. Different products were explained by Colton the service person. He had me operate the device before leaving asked if I had any questions he left his name and the company phone number.

Precision Door came to the rescue within just 2 hours after we had a spring snap & cables fall loose and so our only car was trapped inside our garage! Thankfully it happened on a weekend, but we were getting ready to leave town and needed to be able to get our car out- and the garage fixed!- as quickly as possible. Even though we are renters, Precision worked directly with us and has a great process to notify our landlord automatically & thankfully our landlord is super responsive and approved the work right away. Our service tech Cameron was very professional and friendly and we had a nice chat about his Scottish background. Highly recommend!

Simply the BEST in the business, don't mess around with your time or your money, use the company that has the best technicians and the best customer service. My technicians, "Riley, Jeff, and Andrew McAffee," really know their stuff, and I recommend them to anyone who needs convincing, that's if you have any doubts.
