I called Precision Door today when our garage door needed repair. We had used Precision for a repair on a previous home we owned and were very pleased with the service. I spoke to Mackenzie and she was very helpful and courteous! Colton, the technician arrived right on time, was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!

Chad was our technician. I explained what I was looking for and he listened very well. He explained everything thoroughly with the options we could have as well as possible maintenance issues. We ended up purchasing a new garage motor and keypad. He had the products on the truck and was able to install it right then. I was completely impressed with the professionalism, quality of the work and he took extra time explaining everything that was done.
