Tech (Andrew Butler) did a great job analyzing why my remotes no longer worked and installed new system - main door opener unit, springs, rollers, and bottom flap which were all 20-25 years old and not in good working order anymore. And did it all on same day he came to inspect. Also, he volunteered to change 2 lightbulbs in my kitchen and living room that were too high for me to reach due to my handicap. That was very much appreciated.

Bill and Tim, from Precision, came out to check an old chain driven opener that was making noises. The opener was 21 years old and it's usefulness was coming to an end, so Bill & Tim installed a new opener and parts to open/close the garage door. The new opener is belt driven, has WiFi connectivity and is warranted for 5 years including P&L. The work took about 2 hrs and the new opener is superior to the old opener, mostly because opening the door is significantly quieter than the chain opener. Both were courteous and knowledgeable and represent Precision favorably.

My Garage Door suddenly died and found them in the Money Magazine and gave them a call.. They were able to come right out and was able to replace my door components with a modern WIFI enabled system that is very quiet. Work was done in a few hours and it works great. Very happy with results even though it cost me some money. Now I have a reliable garage door.

I would recommend you get a second opinion before you agree to hire these people. When I said NO to a estimate of over $1000 to fix a garage door that came off the track, the RED FLAG went up! They then lowered the quote to just below $250 with in minutes. I was told ALL the rollers needed to be replace. They may need lubrication but they are all working just fine. How can this company have 5 stars?? GET ANOTHER QUOTE!
