Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job repairing the broken spring on my door, as well as suggesting some upgrades to keep my door working well for years to come. Professional staff all around from those answering the phone to the technician Hayden who performed the repairs. Work completed the same day I called. Great company. Highly recommend.

Best experience ever, i called precision because we have used them for years. Tim was beyond friendly loved my dogs and then he fixed the motor within minutes he also explained and suggested other things we needed that I was avoiding dealing with but so glad he did it’s like we have a whole new door. I wish all companies had people like Tim. This experience made my Friday night.

I can’t say enough about the team of professionals that I work with each time I reach out to Precision Garage Door for assistance. From the friendly and accommodating person who answers the phone and schedules my appointment (in my experience in 24 hours or less!) to the knowledgeable and respectful technician who comes to my home and works with me to come up with a solution that best fits my needs (LOVE that you text a picture of the technician that will be coming to my door, it’s so reassuring that I’m opening my door to the right person – KUDOS!). Each technician I have worked with since your company first installed the garage door opener in my new home 13 years ago always practice the attributes of honesty, respect of my person and my home, transparency in identifying the issue, the associated corrective actions including the price for each involved and the inclusive collaboration between himself, his superiors and myself in selecting the best solution for the issue at hand. Quick response when requesting appointment. Replaced door seal that was shredded on one side. Checked out loud garage door opener and found “burn marks” inside unit and on the computer board. Elected to update garage door opener and replace it with quieter opener with additional features. Technician Nathan was professional and knowledgeable.

First I must say that I didn't know Garage Door repairs were so expensive! I saw two different Garage Door Companies in a local magazine. I was more impressed with Precision Garage Door Service's website and customer reviews than the other company and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours after the initial call. My Technician Rey Gonzalez was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Although I wasn't a fan of the pricing, he was upfront on the final cost and saved me money where possible. I had a Garage Door Spring break and needed replacement. I decided to have both Springs, Cables and Bearings replaced. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I received a good parts and labor warranty. If I need future Garage Door services I would call Precision and ask for Rey Gonzalez!

You saved me. I was trapped. On Friday evening, March 20 I went to open my garage door to go to dinner with my wife and it would not open. I immediately called the number on the keypad of the installing company and they said it was too late in the day and could schedule me for Monday. Needless to say, I was livid and looked up your number. I spoke with Cheyenne, who was extremely helpful and pleasant very professional and she scheduled me for someone between 6 and 10 PM on that night. A few minutes later, I got a call from someone I think named Nico(?) and he indicated that someone would be coming out to me within the hour again a few minutes later I got a call from Josh the installer indicating he was about 25 minutes away. He arrived and assessed the problem of the broken Springs and he installed them and was done within 45 minutes. He was extremely professional did an excellent job and I couldn’t compliment him more. Thank you for having such a wonderful organization if there’s any need for further garage door repairs that I need or any of my neighbors I will definitely be recommending your company. You should be proud of the organization you have and the professionalism in which they handled themselves throughout this whole time. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Winston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem I was having which was not mechanical. I was confident in his ability that I ask him to do maintenance while he was here. In the detailed maintenance he did noticed that some replacements were needed. Note: because I am older he did ask my son who came by to look at his recommendations. Winston was not pushing anything, he wanted to be ver y sure we agreed with him. Winston and I also had a chat about his family because I am nosy :). Winston is a good, trust worthy asset to the company.

Bad news first, the service to replace the door safety sensors was way over priced. The good news is the technician was very polite and pleasant to work with. However it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the sensors and it cost me over $500.00 to complete the work. Ultimately I approved the work so shame on me. In the future I'll look first to different company.
