Hayden did a great job fixing our broken spring on the garage door! Within 4 hours of my call my door was open, and all the parts that we never think about had also been replaced so that the door was operating as quietly as a new door. He also oiled our second door so that we might get longer use out of it. Thank you!

I had a really nice experience with precision , the installer Ron Fogle was so professional he did a perfect JOB he explained everything to my husband and my self concerning the operation of the Garage door . He made sure everything was perfect. He is a real asset to precision.

I replaced my broken door opener chain and needed my travel limits adjusted. After the first adjustment the tech made, it snapped my new chain. And of course he didn’t have a replacement. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, had to have a new opener installed. Charged me $799.00, my advice is definitely shop around before committing.

Scheduling was a breeze, particularly since it was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out that same afternoon. The Tech, Steve, was tremendous. Professional and personable…took the time to explain all of my options & pricing without any pressure. He was very easy to speak with to explain our situation and was understanding and considerate to what I had to say. Once I decided to replace our 20 year old opener Steve did a great job the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. He took time and care to do a tremendous job leaving everything looking great, even better then before. I am very pleased with every aspect of using Precision and very happy with out new opener. Worth every penny.
