I experienced same afternoon service from Technician Nick who explained repair options. I selected motor replacement and requested an estimate for hurricane resistant door replacement. Nick completed the motor replacement, explained door replacement options and provided a written estimate. I am very pleased with the new motor package ‘s performance and I look forward to the door replacement after my HOA ‘s approval of the work plan. Nick represents your company as a true professional and Precision is fortunate to have him on your staff.

Had issue with one of garage doors, called and they scheduled a tech next day (Sunday). Technician Kyle called 20minutes before arrival. Showed up on scheduled time, reviewed issue, ran diagnostics, explained trouble with door. Provide three options with costs and information on site to fix/repair issue. Installed new equipment on site, went over operations, and set up our vehicles. Excellent service and very professional. Kyle was extremely helpful and went extra step to be sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Nathan came out that afternoon and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He got the new opener and all accessories installed within a few hours. Walter the Technician was Excellent Great Customer Service Skills. Great Technical Skills. The only concern was the cost. The same LiftMaster 78LM Multi Function Control Panel is 29.98 online. I have was charged $240.00 with a veteran discount this includes labor. Overall good experience - thank you

When asked for senior discounts, he was glad to oblige. He informed me that I could convert to belt driven from chain driven and keep my opener. Again means a lot when on a budget.
