Dalton helped us out with a malfunctioning pair of garage doors and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the issues quickly. Dalton explained the potential solutions clearly and then got to work to address the problems. All work done quickly and all materials were tidied up. The doors now work as they should and with a minimum of hassle. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dalton and Precision.

My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

I recently contacted Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville to address an issue with my garage door. The whole process, from my initial phone call through resolution, was outstanding! The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs. The Receptionist and Service Technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for any issues with your garage door!

Today 11 Mar 2025, I called Precision Garage for repair. Within 30 minutes, the technician Mr. Chad arrived and greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner. Great customer experience! The springs snapped on our garage door Saturday afternoon. Called Precision and was able to have a door professional make the repairs early the next day-Sunday!! Ron was wonderful and reviewed the recommended repairs with us and completed the task within a reasonable timeframe. Precision Garage Door promptly dispatched a technician to my house as our cars were trapped in the garage when the 8 year old spring gave way. Nick the technician thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to replace the spring on my garage door. I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.
