A near disaster! We have had our new car for 2 months and are still getting used to it. As I was backing our of the garage, I needed to adjust the mirror since my wife was the last driver. The opener buttons are close to the left side and I pressed the opener button when I grasped the mirror. As I continued backing out of the garage - the garage door was coming down. My car nearly pushed it off the rails and left it badly dented. The tech who came to my rescue was able to bends it back into shape and got it operating with hardly a scar. That was "excellent service".

I had an issue with my garage door where the cables jumped off the spool and caused the door to jam. Precision Garage Door Service was very responsive and had a tech come by that afternoon. Wes was very knowledgeable and personable and had the issue repaired promptly. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Precision Garage Door (Nate) came the same day I called for service. I had a garage door that was binding and not opening. Nate determined the coil springs were too weak to continue carrying the load of the double door. After replacing the two coil springs and the bearings in that unit the door started working properly. Once that was completed Nate also lubricated all the hinges and rollers. I was very satisfied with Nate and his knowledge and would highly recommend Precision Door when service is needed.

Had a connection part give way between the opener and door. Precision has always been great to work with, so I asked them back. Key points: Very easy to schedule service. Tech called ahead as promised. Arrived on time, surveyed worked required, and provided estimate AND excellent explanation of his plan.
