Our garage door broke on a Sunday night and we made an appt for the following morning with Precision. Our tech, Tybius was prompt and professional. He called to let me know he was 25 minutes out, assessed the issue and gave me a quote for two options. He was able to complete the work right away and walked me through what he did. It was an expensive fix but was glad to have top notch service.

Technician showed up on time. Technician called in advance to inform me of arrival time. He give me a review of what garage door opener that we're available for my door. I made the selection and he installed opener explained and showed me how it worked and how to program additional devices should I wanted to add. Technician then cleaned up debris and asked if there was anything else I needed. I am extremely satisfied with his installation work and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points). He was very professional and kind and made the whole process easy.

I got home from work on a Saturday night at around 5:30 PM to find that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision garage doors soon after I discovered the problem. Within two hours, a technician was at my door, ready to take care of my situation. Two hours later, my garage door was up and running smoothly again.
