I had initially had my garage door installed in 2018 by your company and knew your employees did a great job. So, when I was having problems with the door not closing, I knew who to call. Our technician, Mitchell Dehler, was absolutely amazing ! He showed us up front what he was going to do and what to expect with our two new garage door openers. He answered all of our questions and cleaned the garage door floor following the installation. He then showed us how the system worked. HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty ("yes, it's the whole unit attached to the ceiling we'll replace" - her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn't have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won't have to nickel and dime customers so much.
