Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud. Decided to get his quote for replacing the rollers and such to get ahead of more problems down the road. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.

Our house was struck by lightning & fried the garage door opener on a Friday night. Since Precision had installed the opener, we called them on Saturday morning. Micheal was there that afternoon, very professional & knowledgeable. Replacement installed & operational with no issues. Michael even reset the car buttons & explained operational changes. Such a pleasure dealing with a contractor that delivers what they advertise without trying to rip us off. Will recommend Precision to anyone.
