I can’t say enough about the team of professionals that I work with each time I reach out to Precision Garage Door for assistance. From the friendly and accommodating person who answers the phone and schedules my appointment (in my experience in 24 hours or less!) to the knowledgeable and respectful technician who comes to my home and works with me to come up with a solution that best fits my needs (LOVE that you text a picture of the technician that will be coming to my door, it’s so reassuring that I’m opening my door to the right person – KUDOS!). Each technician I have worked with since your company first installed the garage door opener in my new home 13 years ago always practice the attributes of honesty, respect of my person and my home, transparency in identifying the issue, the associated corrective actions including the price for each involved and the inclusive collaboration between himself, his superiors and myself in selecting the best solution for the issue at hand. My technician today, Connor Brooks, exemplified all of these qualities and in addition, his attention to detail raised the bar for any future technicians who come to call. I congratulate Connor Brooks and Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville for practicing these values and many more that make working with your team members such a pleasure!
