I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. Both of these technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys!

I had my garage door opening and closing by itself for s couple of days so l called Precision Garage Door repair and they sent Hayden out, he was very knowledgeable and so nice, he knew right away it was an electrical issue and went right to work fixing everything for me and he showed me how to work all the new equipment he installed l felt very relieved to know the door would not be opening again through the night. The technician arrived at our home about an hour after making the appointment (excellent), and the service was done quickly. Work was great, cleanup was thorough. Very happy.

Pro. * Drew was very professional and respectful. * He took time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. * The quality of service itself was 5 star * Military Discount Cons. * The pricing was extremely high. * I chose the 8-10 year springs (Dura-Lift), which retail at Home Depot for about $113 for two. * Precision charged $396 per spring, which does include labor- but that breaks down to roughly $340 in labor per spring, which feels excessive and that didn’t include the $79 military discount that was provided. So in reality it would have been more. Overall: Great technician and excellent service, but the cost significantly outweighs the value compared to the retail. I recommend asking detailed pricing questions upfront.

First of all as I have stated before, Precision Garage Door is the only company in Jacksonville I have had 100% success with. That being said on this latest repair in the beginning I thought I could have gotten the work done cheaper but after the technician finished I was satisfied that I had used Precision again. There was a lot of work done and the Technician did an excellent job. Sorry, forgot his name.

Very professional. Received a call immediately after my online request for service. Appointment available that day (Sunday) with no additional charge for weekend. Tech, Ray Gonzalez, was incredible. Pointed out a couple of extra things that needed to be taken care of and although it added to the final invoice, I won't have to be concerned about future parts failure that could have resulted in damage to my door. Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable.
