Precision installed my garage door and opener about 10 years ago. When I went to change the battery (for the first time in those 10 years!) the pole of the 9 volt battery had corroded and stuck, so I had to have a new keypad ( that uses AA, so I won't have the sticking problem again). Making an appointment was fast and easy. Riley came the next day, called before he came, and was fast, courteous and efficient. He inspected the opener and lubricated the door track for me. Even after 10 years, my garage door is ridiculously quiet and works perfectly. When that changes, I will definitely be calling Precision for replacement.

Service exceeded my expectations.Technician Riley arrived slightly ahead of designated appointment time. Riley listened to my three concerns, explained his suggested approach to correction of my issues and proceeded. Work was successfully completed within a very reasonable time and the cost exactly what he presented prior to starting work. Riley was courteous, clean, very well spoken, had the needed parts on his van, explained what he was doing, suggested what I should be doing to help prevent further breakdowns and cleaned up. Very dependable. The installer was very professional and knew exactly how to install my new garage door opener. He completed the task at Tommy matter explained how all the functions worked on the opener as well as the keypad. Today I had the pleasure of using Precision For Service for the first time. They are very professional and do great work. My garage door was sounding very rough and loud. They replaced the roller wheels, which were metal, and some were rusty, with new fiber glass ones and lubricated the door as well. Now my door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs, or even to update an older Door such as mine. They are very fairly priced as well.

When my garage door was squealing more, then only closing partially, I thought it was a programming issue, then it would not go up! You Tube help videos did not help me!! I am so thankful that Precision Garage Door had a live person to talk with on Sunday and make an appointment for the following day to investigate. Dalton showed me that the cable was non-functional, preventing the motor from pulling the door open. The team, Dalton and Andrew, replaced the cable with a much stronger one than the original, working efficiently and quickly, with the wiring nicely re-done. They were respectful of me and my property, leaving the door working perfectly and the area cleaned up, taking the defunct items away. They even programmed the garage door opener button in my car to work !! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being there & helping get the garage door working like new!

I contacted Precision because my doors sensors were not working. I was shocked (and still am) that my 29 year old door had issues. It was actually the motor, not the sensors which made me feel better because I could not get the beam to work, turns out it wasn't me. Walter arrived, identified the problem, presented my options and installed a new motor and railing with belt drive. The unit is actually made in this millenium! He also identified and replaced two hinges that were failing and made needed adjustments. I wasn't thrilled with what I had to spend but am thrilled to know I have a door and opener that should last a while, maybe not 29 years but I'm pretty sure that will be someone else's issue. Thank you Walter!
