You saved me. I was trapped. On Friday evening, March 20 I went to open my garage door to go to dinner with my wife and it would not open. I immediately called the number on the keypad of the installing company and they said it was too late in the day and could schedule me for Monday. Needless to say, I was livid and looked up your number. I spoke with Cheyenne, who was extremely helpful and pleasant very professional and she scheduled me for someone between 6 and 10 PM on that night. A few minutes later, I got a call from someone I think named Nico(?) and he indicated that someone would be coming out to me within the hour again a few minutes later I got a call from Josh the installer indicating he was about 25 minutes away. He arrived and assessed the problem of the broken Springs and he installed them and was done within 45 minutes. He was extremely professional did an excellent job and I couldn’t compliment him more. Thank you for having such a wonderful organization if there’s any need for further garage door repairs that I need or any of my neighbors I will definitely be recommending your company. You should be proud of the organization you have and the professionalism in which they handled themselves throughout this whole time. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Winston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem I was having which was not mechanical. I was confident in his ability that I ask him to do maintenance while he was here. In the detailed maintenance he did noticed that some replacements were needed. Note: because I am older he did ask my son who came by to look at his recommendations. Winston was not pushing anything, he wanted to be ver y sure we agreed with him. Winston and I also had a chat about his family because I am nosy :). Winston is a good, trust worthy asset to the company.

Bad news first, the service to replace the door safety sensors was way over priced. The good news is the technician was very polite and pleasant to work with. However it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the sensors and it cost me over $500.00 to complete the work. Ultimately I approved the work so shame on me. In the future I'll look first to different company.

Garage door spring broke at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. Called these guys and by 6:30pm the same day it was fixed . Not sure of price, just know service was great.

The way a business should be run! Great customer service from the phone call through the finished repair/replacement of broken spring. Cameron was the service tech that replaced broken spring. Called and asked if ok to come early (really!). Arrived as planned, friendly, professional and did great work. Explained everything well, serviced and checked out all of door and motor. Had everything with him, so job was completed in about an hour. And all of this on a Saturday with no extra charge

Garage door malfunctioned at 8p on a Friday and I was able to book an appt online for 10a Saturday morning.
