Was able to diagnose problem with my old unit and determine a replacement was needed. Gave a quote for new opener and recommended other parts to be replaced as I wished, and had the parts on hand. Completed the job in the same day and did not need to get supplies past his service vehicle. Service member was courteous and knowledgeable.

Andrew was very thorough. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

My initial request was for a repair; however, additional issues were discovered, and I ended up having to replace the garage opener all together... I HAVE ZERO REGRETS!!! My technician, Kalen, was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Kalen took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and helped me find an affordable solution. The new opener is fantastic and so quiet! The entire process was great! From booking the appointment to actual service being performed to today, now having a couple of days with the new system.
