Connor was an exceptionally polite and kind young man… was timely, courteous and completely professional. Completed the job as promised and could not have been kinder. Give him a raise. He is one of the few service techs who actually smiles, is respectful and detail oriented. I called at 9pm due to sudden garage door spring break and my car stuck inside garage. Staff were responsive on phone. Technician Chad called me at 7:45 to say he was on the way. Garage door fixed by 10:30 and I was able to get to work. Chad was professional and I appreciated the service and explanations provided. Thank you.

Conner was our technician. He was excellent and very professional. Upon arrival, he explained everything and gave us an estimate of work and very helpful and definitely not trying to sell parts of the garage door. He completed the work in a timely manner. Afterward, He thoroughly went over what he did and pointed out the replacement parts. And he pointed out possible future issues. Conner should be commended for his work ethic. I called @ 9:00am to see if a same day appointment was available and they had one between 10:00 - 2:00 on a Friday. Chad called and said he was shred of schedule and he arrived shortly after 9:30. All I needed was a faltered remote synced to my opener. It had just stopped and wouldn’t sync for me using the procedure. It was a known issue from Genie, the remote was operable and I was all set within the hour! Chad was professional, courteous and friendly! I have had nothing but great service from Precision!!

The technician who replaced my torsion springs was very professional, pleasant, and competent. My only complaint was the price I payed was about $300-400 too much. Over $1000 for two new torsion springs on a double car garage with a single door is pretty outrageous.

Fantastic service, same day and exact time I wanted. Chad, the technician, was very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. I was lucky considering I didn't do any catastrophic damage, so all that was needed was adjustments and realignment. All of which took under an hour. I will recommend this company, and Chad specifically, to all my family and friends.

Called at 2pm on a Friday w a broken coil. Technician, Hayden, was here at 3. Coil and bearings were replaced and door serviced and done by 4. Hayden was super professional and kind. Work other than requested maintenance was covered under warranty as I had purchased the extended warranty option. Very impressive. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Precision again.

I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. I had my garage door opening and closing by itself for s couple of days so l called Precision Garage Door repair and they sent Hayden out, he was very knowledgeable and so nice, he knew right away it was an electrical issue and went right to work fixing everything for me and he showed me how to work all the new equipment he installed l felt very relieved to know the door would not be opening again through the night.
