Garage door spring broke at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. Called these guys and by 6:30pm the same day it was fixed . Not sure of price, just know service was great.

The way a business should be run! Great customer service from the phone call through the finished repair/replacement of broken spring. Cameron was the service tech that replaced broken spring. Called and asked if ok to come early (really!). Arrived as planned, friendly, professional and did great work. Explained everything well, serviced and checked out all of door and motor. Had everything with him, so job was completed in about an hour. And all of this on a Saturday with no extra charge

Garage door malfunctioned at 8p on a Friday and I was able to book an appt online for 10a Saturday morning. Five stars go to Cameron in the Nocatee, Ponte Vedra area! I used Precision at my old home in Sarasota and were happy to find them here as well. Cameron was sent out to provide an evaluation of my current system and a quote on any work suggested. He was on time and very professional. He listened to my concerns and reasons for my call into Precision, esp since nothing was “broken” or not working. I recently purchased my new home and because I was a customer in Sarasota, I automatically called them to offer me solutions to my poor, rickety, too-small-of-a-motor garage door opener. After inspection I needed a heavy duty motor, belt system and new cables, bearings, etc. He presented all my options which left room for monetary decisions and was ready and able to complete the job right away. He did a fantastic job; he was courteous, professional, clean, careful and conscientious. He cares about the work he does and it showed. He walked me through everything he did when finished, explained the system, ran multiple tests, programmed all clickers, key pad and car. Explained the warranties, yearly maintenance suggestions and how to register my new system. Request Cameron if you can, you will not be disappointed!

This is our 2nd time having our spring replaced by Precision. The last time was in 2011. It gets used multiple times a day. Now 15 years later it snapped and both cars were stuck in the garage. They happened to have time slots available that same day and the gentleman came out in 30 min. It took him about an hour. He was a gentleman. Dressed in uniform, clean cut beard and was very pleasant. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get it done.

What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. I got their name and number off of one of their service trucks checked their reviews on the internet and they had a 4.9. I called and scheduled a service appointment. They came the next day and gave me a quote that I accepted and they went to work. They had everything that was needed, finished the job. Their tech was awesome and I know why they have a 4.9 rating.
