Wow my old garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision at 8:00 AM and the technician was at my home at 10:30 AM. Diagnosed my problem, reviewed my options and 2 hours later I had a new garage door motor with accessories and my door now works like brand new. I highly recommend Precision!!!!!

Nate was awesome! Excellent service and professional. “I’m literally just a girl” I know nothing about garages except when to open it so I’ve been putting it on hold and dreading the conversation about repairing garage doors BUT Nate explained everything thoroughly and didn’t oversell which I appreciate. It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I've used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran's discount. Very pleased.

Kyle was on time and thoroughly explained all of the product options. The installation was perfectly done and his cleanup was appreciated. Kyle also made it a point to explain all of the features of the garage door opener, battery backup, external keypad plus the safety features. He reviewed the proper maintenance procedures as well. He accomplished all of this in a friendly and professional manner.

Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!
