Our garage door was getting stuck half way down when closing even when the motor was disengaged it would not close. Called Precision as they were willing to come the same day. Chad arrived and was kind and efficient. He had the door fixed as soon as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

They do come out quickly. However, I think $940 to replace the springs are over priced. Plus the technical tried to sale me a whole list of things. If it had not been an emergency, I would have gone somewhere else!

Thank you for my appointment with Chad this morning. He stopped by my condo, reset my wireless keypad and gave me some good instructions for the future. I should’ve asked about the service charge ahead of time but that was my mistake… It was well worth the money to have peace of mind/safety concerning access to my condo unit. Service call was handled promptly and the tech (Kyle) called within 35 minutes. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. I have had Precision take care of a spring issue at a previous property in the past and their staff is courteous, well-trained, and professional. Thank you for the quick turn-around on this project.

June/2022, Precision Doors installed 2 new Genie motors as well as all rails, and anything else need to do a complete install. Recently, one door started a clicking, and other made a jaring sound when opening. On 10/29, I called. Next appointment available was 10/30 , would not meet my schedule, so appointment made for 10/31, between 8-12. Later received note change to 8-10. At approximately 8:00, Tim the technician texted, and arrived at 8:27. 5 rating for punctuality He assessed my complaint and quickly started to determine problem. Explained in detail cost and how long job would take. 5 rating for professional Explanation Did not waste time and I was extremely satisfied. 5 rating for Satisfaction. If I owned a company, I would hire him. Precision Doors is fortunate to have a TOTALLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED employee. Thank you Walter 10/31/2024

Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

Everything was evaluated first. reviewed with me the issues found. Repair estimate was reviewed and after my approval repairs were done. The repairs were done efficiently and completely. Then everything was reviewed again with me and all questions answered. I was completely satisfied. I now have a garage door that opens and closes without waking up the entire Neiborhood.
