I called Precision at 2:40 pm to schedule a garage door repair and they scheduled between 4 and 8 pm same day. Hayden arrived with a smile on his face less than an hour after scheduling the appointment. Communication via text was excellent. Hayden was polite and explained the repair options after assessing the problem and provided the quote and the job was completed in less than an hour and a half. Hayden replaced two springs, the shaft, three bearing plates, and ten rollers. Very pleased with the promptness of the service and Hayden’s professionalism and attention to detail. Will definitely call Precision in the future if the need arises and highly recommend.

I was very impressed with your company. I called and you had someone out here within a little over an hour. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Your technicians were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.They Went out of their way to be helpful and to help me understand what was wrong. The wiring work I needed done was done well. I believe the service man "up-sold" me a bunch of other stuff I didn't request (Mostly maintenance stuff), but I would have appreciated knowing about it and being given the chance to say "yes" or "no" ahead of it being added to the work. I had asked about a new remote. He added one to the invoice, but did say I could reject it if I wanted. I kept it.

Made the appointment on a Monday, and they were able to come out the very next day. They were fair, told us exactly what needed to be fixed, gave us options, and they repaired the damage extremely efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about the situation, and offered some solutions for us as well.
