Service exceeded my expectations.Technician Riley arrived slightly ahead of designated appointment time. Riley listened to my three concerns, explained his suggested approach to correction of my issues and proceeded. Work was successfully completed within a very reasonable time and the cost exactly what he presented prior to starting work. Riley was courteous, clean, very well spoken, had the needed parts on his van, explained what he was doing, suggested what I should be doing to help prevent further breakdowns and cleaned up. Very dependable. The installer was very professional and knew exactly how to install my new garage door opener. He completed the task at Tommy matter explained how all the functions worked on the opener as well as the keypad. He also showed me the app on my phone where I can open and close my garage door, I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door company.

Today I had the pleasure of using Precision For Service for the first time. They are very professional and do great work. My garage door was sounding very rough and loud. They replaced the roller wheels, which were metal, and some were rusty, with new fiber glass ones and lubricated the door as well. Now my door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs, or even to update an older Door such as mine. They are very fairly priced as well.

Was having issues with the motor and Mitchell was able to come out within a couple hours and get it resolved. Mitchell also greased my door and was a wealth of information on other garage door related items. Greatly appreciate these folks, highly recommend!

When my garage door was squealing more, then only closing partially, I thought it was a programming issue, then it would not go up! You Tube help videos did not help me!! I am so thankful that Precision Garage Door had a live person to talk with on Sunday and make an appointment for the following day to investigate. Dalton showed me that the cable was non-functional, preventing the motor from pulling the door open. The team, Dalton and Andrew, replaced the cable with a much stronger one than the original, working efficiently and quickly, with the wiring nicely re-done. They were respectful of me and my property, leaving the door working perfectly and the area cleaned up, taking the defunct items away. They even programmed the garage door opener button in my car to work !! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being there & helping get the garage door working like new!

I saw an ad on TV and knew I needed a service for a repair. Called them, happily was greeted by a lovely person, got the date & time that I wanted a service attendant for the repair. On day of service, was called 30 mins in advance of appt time to say they would be there at the time I needed. Service person showed up, evaluated the door, provided an estimate, made the repair, hauled off the damage items, and was paid and gone within 20-30 mins. He was educational, friendly and very good at the repair. Very Happy Customer!!!

Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. The technician was courteous and engaging and the work completed quickly. I was pleased that he went beyond the scope of the repair and checked the tracks, rollers and lubricated all components. Very much satisfied with the entire experience.

HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty ("yes, it's the whole unit attached to the ceiling we'll replace" - her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn't have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won't have to nickel and dime customers so much.
