I had my garage door installed over 10 years ago by Precision and I called because I had such a good experience with the install. I called for an appointment around 8:30am, was given an arrival window of 10am-2pm, Dalton called around 10:15am and was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer the estimate for repair. He walked me through a few different options to find the one that best met my needs. Dalton had all the work wrapped up by 1:30pm and everything was back to working properly. Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service! Highly recommend for anyone in the future.

Noah, was an exceptional technician. He went above and beyond to find our warranty details that allowed him to replace our springs for labor only. When asked about replacing the opener, track, sensors, and keypads he explained the various models and features and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive one.
