Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! They come promptly, are professional and respectful. If it’s a garage Door issue: Call Precision Door first!

I had an issue with my LiftMaster garage door operating mechanism. I called Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville and within 6 hours a technician arrived to assess the issue. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable about the operation of the system and was able to address the issue as well as make several improvements.
