I called this garage service because we couldn’t open the door. They came out quickly. They had 3 tiers for pricing. I was told they needed to replace the spring. It was an emergency situation because I needed to get the car out to go to work. The first price was 2400.00, then the second price was 1750.00 with a veterans discount. I had no idea it could cost this much. My neighbor paid 600.00 for the same problem. We didn’t know this until later. I researched later and several companies were fixing same thing for 300.00. I could have gotten a new garage door for 1400.00. Beware of this company taking advantage of seniors. I don’t know they got these good reviews with this kind of service.

I was so impressed how quickly the technicians arrived. I called just before 4pm, and they were there within an hour. They were friendly and accommodating to our young child and 2 dogs. Excellent service from a company that understands customer service. It took just one call to get my garage door quickly repaired. Josh, the technician who repaired my door was on time, very professional, and thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed. Josh had everything on his truck to fix the problem on the very first visit. Josh quickly fixed the door and made recommendations on possible future repairs. I only gave you 3 stars because i believe the price for the equipment was excessive. The garage door opener was $1,455.00 dollars and the Rail was $ 486.00 Dollars. Based on Amazon pricing i payed close to 5 time what it would have cost from amazon. The service technician (Hayden) was excellent.

Hayden was very easy to work with and was knowledgeable with the product. He did the work quietly and efficiently and went over all the details and paperwork with me afterwards. He was super nice and friendly too. So far so good with the equipment. I would recommend Precision as he came exactly when the customer service rep said he would and I felt like they were both honest and forthcoming.

The service was great, the technician arrived before the scheduled time, which was refreshing. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant, and did a professional job. The down side. Cost, much to high.
