We called Precision at 8:30am after our door began “acting up” last night and their technician arrived by 10:00. I could not get the remote to close my garage door, it would open, just not close the door. We called your business and a couple hours later, a technician arrived and fixed the problem The garage door was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the service call. Speedy service and fixed the issue, now the door operates correctly. Chad Martin was our service technician and was courteous and fixed the problem in a timely manner.Thank you Precision Garage Door!

We had used Precision Garage Door previously when the springs on our door had failed due to age in 2018. Last week, June of 2024, our door stopped opening. Closing was fine but opening was a no go. So on June 17 I called Precision. Willow took the call and offered 2 times to pick from on the same day. Sure enough Mitchell called about 20 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and professional, he looked the opener over and quickly found the issues. It was past time for a new opener and he proceeded to replace with all new parts. Again, very courteous and very professional hence the 5 star rating. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of fast professional service because of employees like Mitchell and Willow

Contacted three companies on a Saturday morning regarding a garage door damaged by collision. Precision was the only one with a first-contact human being to speak with. And, they were ultimately the only ones willing to repair our door on that weekend day. Cameron (technician) did an excellent job installing new Genie overhead garage door opener (model 3120H). He arrived on time, he's polite and respectful. He answered all my questions about the Genie garage door opener. He installed the motor, track, remote, and sensors in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area when he completed the job. I'm very satisfied with his work and quality of Genie garage door opener. I would recommend Cameron to my family and friends.

My experience was 10/10. I knew we had a large repair so I wanted a garage door company that has been around for a long time and would be able to honor the parts & labor warranties, if need be, down the road. My technician was Tim and he was phenomenal! He was not only on time but called to let me know he was running early, was very professional, not pushy with upgrades and extremely helpful from beginning to the end. When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. He informed me that unit had broken a coupling and recommended a new opener. I said Ok and he quickly installed a new Genie garage door opener. Brian was fast, efficient and he cleaned up the little mess that he made. Great job. I now have a new "quiet" garage door opener. Thank you.
