The whole process was an excellent display of customer service. I first booked the appointment online without any hassle. The garage experts (Ron and Steve, if remember correctly) assigned to my home sent me a text at 11:34am when they were on the way. I should note that I selected a timeframe of between 12-2 for arrival. This is the first time I've had a service show up to my home earlier than expected. They were polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable! Not only did the fix my initial problem, they informed my of other problems I could be facing with a 20+ year old garage that hadn't been maintained by the previous homeowners. They also taught me what to look out for and how to do minor maintenance to improve the longevity of my garage mechanics. My 6 year old son had 100 questions for them, naturally, but they were so kind to answer what they could and even showed him how some tools worked. Overall i was very impressed and beyond satisfied with the customer service and repair quality. I would highly recommend them.

Once technician arrived, I've explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing.
