Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener. He even took the time to program my car to the new unit - above and beyond!

July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Ron was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, went the extra mile. I'm very pleased with his work. I recommend Precision.

Mark came to assess and quote me on a new garage door, and made a stressful situation much less so. He was patient, listened to my concerns/usage/financial limitations, and clearly explained what would best meet my needs with considering my funds. He set very clear expectations on timing for the door I ended up wanting, and it was installed at the shorter of the quoted time frame range. I needed to reach out after install and was helped immediately. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would recommend him.
