We had an issue with our remote keypad entry unit. We called Precision on a Saturday early afternoon and were told the technician would be there between 4-8 that same day. He showed up at 4, diagnosed that the unit was bad, replaced it, checked our garage door, gave us advice and was done in 45 minutes. Our tech, Hayden, was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and most of all, a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!

On Friday morning my garage door would not go down. I really wanted the door to be operational over the weekend. I looked at your site and you saw that I could set up an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 that afternoon. I was delighted and set it up. Cameron called and asked if he could arrive a little early - I was pleased. He came on time. He is a very pleasant, polite person. He examined the door and found that a sensor had stopped working. (I then realized that I had been working in that area that morning and must have smashed it myself.) He took a look at the operation of the door overall and found a couple of areas that were wearing down. He said they were likely to need replacement in a couple of years. I had him replace those parts while he was here. The door is much quieter now. I was very pleased with the experience. It could not have been better.

I've been seeing your commercial on TV and was having the same problem as televised about the garage door not opening all the way so I called and made an appt. Very nice gentleman showed up on time and did a maintenance overhaul and everything seems to be working fine now. He said if there were any problems to give Precision Door a call back and they come out again... Fingers crossed this fixed my problem as my Door Opener is about 25 years old. Price was in the ballpark I was thinking it would be - very reasonable, glad I called them.

Tim did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener and not only going over everything with us but also going the extra mile and programming both of our automobiles. In addition, he lubricated our garage door hinges and slightly did the same on the door springs. Chad, the technician, called to let us know he would be early. He examined the door and it’s mechanisms and provided an estimate of repair to include parts required. He then got to work immediately. Chad was totally professional and took the time to explain the features of the door’s operating systems and to cleanup the work site. He is exceptional. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. The problem was promptly diagnosed and in a couple of hours I had a new garage opener with new belt and keypad. Kyle was great in explaining everything and efficiently made the replacement.
