Best experience ever, i called precision because we have used them for years. Tim was beyond friendly loved my dogs and then he fixed the motor within minutes he also explained and suggested other things we needed that I was avoiding dealing with but so glad he did it’s like we have a whole new door. I wish all companies had people like Tim. This experience made my Friday night.

Quick response when requesting appointment. Replaced door seal that was shredded on one side. Checked out loud garage door opener and found “burn marks” inside unit and on the computer board. Elected to update garage door opener and replace it with quieter opener with additional features. Technician Nathan was professional and knowledgeable.

First I must say that I didn't know Garage Door repairs were so expensive! I saw two different Garage Door Companies in a local magazine. I was more impressed with Precision Garage Door Service's website and customer reviews than the other company and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours after the initial call. My Technician Rey Gonzalez was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Although I wasn't a fan of the pricing, he was upfront on the final cost and saved me money where possible. I had a Garage Door Spring break and needed replacement. I decided to have both Springs, Cables and Bearings replaced. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I received a good parts and labor warranty. If I need future Garage Door services I would call Precision and ask for Rey Gonzalez!

Winston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem I was having which was not mechanical. I was confident in his ability that I ask him to do maintenance while he was here. In the detailed maintenance he did noticed that some replacements were needed. Note: because I am older he did ask my son who came by to look at his recommendations. Winston was not pushing anything, he wanted to be ver y sure we agreed with him. Winston and I also had a chat about his family because I am nosy :). Winston is a good, trust worthy asset to the company.

What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. Professional, friendly, not high pressure on anything. Had everything he needed in his truck to do the work. Did an awesome job, the garage door has never opened and closed this smoothly. Had a spring break, and the door was too heavy to raise and lift by hand. These guys were out at the house the very next day, and had it fixed and back to operational within the next hour or so. They also did some other maintenance on the door to keep it running. Nice, professional, and confident in their work. Highly recommend these guys.
