Precision Door is a wonderful company. From the receptionist to the technician, it is so easy to have the annual service and maintenance scheduled and completed promptly! Hayden, the service technician, was very helpful in explaining the answer to our concerns and he replaced the weather stripping to stop the geckos from entering the garage. Thank you.

Tim and Daniel were early for my appointment. After walking through my issues and inspecting the door, they explained what was needed and provided a detailed quote. They answered my questions and worked quickly when the scope of work was agreed upon. They explained the work done and explained the operation of the new opener. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends.

Overall I am satisfied with Precision. I had an appointment with a competitor (previous owner used to install at my home). They were unable to address my request for 4-5 days. I called Precision and was provided same day service. Nathan contacted me prior to arrival with ETA and was professional, courteous, and able to address my issues. The only drawback was the cost was a little higher than the competitor's price. Yet for same day service and overall service received it was worth the extra expenses.

Very professional and on time! Just two years ago we hired a different garage door repair company. The pricing was very comparable however, we were not aware used 3 year old springs were installed at the time. I guess we made the assumption the company was on the up and up and only new materials/parts were being installed. One of the used springs recently broke, and this time we called Precision Door Service. What a relief to have a reliable A+ rated on BBB service the door this time. We will never use anyone else for our future garage door services.

Michael took care of the keypad problem first. Then then he troubleshoot the popping sound that the door was making. He corrected that as well. Michael was very polite. We are very happy with the service that he took care of with us today.

My neighbor recommended Precision. I called when my opener failed right in the middle of our "cold snap" and made an appointment for the next business day. NATE called thirty min before the appt and was right on time. The young man was a "PRO" in all aspects. Courteous, very knowledgeable, explained the process of his service and went beyond! After resolving my issue he quoted potential replacement parts and opener should we require. I cannot be more pleased. You have a top man who understands the meaning of "service".

Decided garage door needed service after the door kept stalling when closing. Called around noon and tech on site by 230, same day service, very impressive. Tech listen to issue, saw it happen and went to work. 2 new sensors, lubrication of track wheel, and adding struts to lower garage door panel, up and running fine again.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door -- parts of it quite old -- had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won't be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the service and Kalen. He seemed thorough with his inspection and safety check. The repairs consisted of 2 new 120lb double loop green springs and cables on a single door. The parts and labor were $647.00. My only complaint is that this charge is extremely high. The springs and cables can retail for between $100-$200. And the labor should not be more than $200. He was here for a total of a little more than one hour for the whole inspection and repair, start to finish. On top of that the general maintenance charge was $189, minus a military discount. Please explain the excessive total charges for this job. I appreciate an A plus company and your excellent service and prompt timing, and I understand that in today's world you have to charge competitive prices to stay in business and provide good service, but I'm not pleased with the high charges for the springs/cables parts and labor. Thank you

I have used Precision several times. But this time was the best! I had a service technician by the name of Tim. What a great experience! Arrived on time, evaluated the situation, gave me an estimation, was courteous, and professional. As he went along we his job he found other things that he brought to my attention at need to me done. Showed me the problems and discussed them with me on my level so I could understand the problem. Then explained things that would wait until another day so I could prioritize them. This is the type of service man that I need in my life! Let's fix the initial problem, and then schedule additional visits for follow up repairs. How refreshing! I hope I can schedule with Tim again. Loved the job he did. Thank you Precision!
