A friend recommended Precision. The service person was very professional and knowledgeable. We were happy with the work and in the end the garage door opener needed to be replaced anyway. Also we replaced the springs. Colten did a great job!

Precision is a perfect name for this company!!! We called this morning and had an appt. Later in the day! That never happens anywhere! The lady who took our call was so awesome. She laughed with us as we cut up and it was nice to have someone who didn’t make you feel like your were bothering them. Technician timely, professional, respectful, asked good questions and answered. Very nice well mannered, knowledgeable. Even the service truck was clean and professional! We are so happy to have the garage door work beautifully and even my wife can open it if emergencywhich we’ve never been able to do. We are telling our friends about the company too! The tech called & was here as sked. He was very professional & knowledgeable about the total operation of my system. He was able to determine what my issue were and resolved them immediately. He made some recommendations as to the service of .my roller which needed attention. Overall he was very knowledgeable, polite & showed empathy toward my feelings about my issues. As far as I was concern, he demonstrated his great service technique, satisfying me 100%. Highly recommend him & your company to anyone.

I selected Precision Garage Door as my previous experience was very positive. On this most recent visit my repair technician was Riley. Riley arrived promptly and explained that he was going to conduct an inspection prior to initiating any work. He quickly and methodically performed the inspection. When he finished he reviewed the results with me. I concurred with his assessment and indicated the work I would like done. He efficiently and throughly accomplished the job. His work exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision and Riley. Riley is a true asset to the company.
