Hayden understood the issue and performed a garage door tune up, rebalanced the door and rewired the safety eyes. While this and other garage door companies are not inexpensive, the cost is well worth it! Hayden was polite and knowledgeable.

The young man, Colton, technician was very polite and was very knowledgeable about telling me what was wrong with the garage door opener and gave me an estimate. I gave him my authorization to start the job. While fixing the job he brought it to my attention other problems were found. He told me he was to inform the customer by Precision Garage Door policy about the problem. It did not need to have them fix it right now, but in the future they needed to be fixed. Colton DID NOT PRESSURE me at all. I thought it over and gave him authorization to go ahead and to fix it all while he was there. I didn’t want to call Precision Garage Door, in let’s say in 3 to 4 months later for other things going wrong with the opener. I also received Lifetime Limited Warranty. I will continue doing business with Precision Garage Door. They treat their customers well.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon. I called Precision to set up an appointment and they said they could come that evening. No thanks. Early morning was fine. Chad got here early, knew what the problem was as our spring is enclosed and the problem was hidden. Had the replacement materials on his truck. And, very efficiently and methodically, he was done within sn hour. We have used Precision before both in Jacksonville and elsewhere. I highly recommend them for your garage service needs.
