Good job done by crew. Left two pieces of roller that was cut off laying on floor of garage. Also receipt showed only 90 day warranty when we were verbally told one year. First time dealing with you company. Maybe we needed to look around for someone else that made sure everything was done the rest that way. The little things leave a lasting impression. Thanks

Service was immediate, Tim explained everything that needed to be done and all required parts were already on the truck. In four hours it was all completed and I had completely rehabbed door fittings and new motor. Great job and 100% satisfied.

Cable broke on the garage door Friday night making it inoperable. I thought I would have to take time off next week from work to meet technician. Booked an appointment online with Precision and Haden had the door fixed by 9:30am Saturday. Very prompt and professional service.

Prompt and professional! Had a tech by the name of Hayden Saari over a few hours after I called. Hayden was an expert of his craft, able to diagnose the issue and overcome some fairly substantial difficulties due to the construction of my garage door tracks as far as access goes. He had it up and running in no time, was extremely kind and professional, 10/10 would recommend Hayden specifically, very happy with the service and price.

He identified the issue and offered a list of options in addressing the “Lift System” - zero pressure in choosing the multiple repair issues I needed to fix. I had some repair work done on my garage door 1 1/2 years ago. They technician was Dalton. Very polite, informative, and explained what my door would most likely need an the future. I decided it was time to repair my door, before it get worse and it still worked. I called Precision to schedule a appointment, they were courteous, pleasant and prompt. I scheduled my appointment 2 days later, to request to have the same technician come back. I never felt high pressure sale techniques, trusted DALTON!!! Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!!

The technician who serviced our replacement of our outside garage pad was excellent. Hagan inspected the system explained the unit was covered under warranty replaced it with a new one. He also pointed out that the rollers needed replacement and the rubber on the bottom of the door was also worn out . He replaced every thing and tested all components . Great service at dece

I called yesterday to make an appointment for a new garage door opener. They could have sent a tech that day but I couldn't do it until the next day. Jessica made the appt for 10 to 12 the next day. Dalton called and could come a little early so he arrived at 9:50. Dalton did a fabulous job of evaluating my current system and outlined exactly what I needed and had all costs laid out. I selected the opener I wanted and Dalton went to work. In only 2 hours I had a completely installed and operational new garage door opener! He had everything he needed for virtually replacing everything except the door itself on his truck. He updated all remotes, keypad, and programmed my car. It was actually amazing how efficiently and quickly this was all done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Dalton was excellent and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his profession!!!

My garage door was installed approximately 20 years ago. One of the springs broke and the door could not be opened. I called Precision Door Service at 2 PM on Tuesday and 2 technicians arrived at 8 AM on Wednesday. In addition to repairing the broken spring, I was given advice regarding preventative maintenance on other components that were nearing their useful life (rollers, bearings and lift motor). I was able to make an informed decision regarding addressing these items now rather than later. All the parts necessary to do the additional work was in their truck, so an additional service call was not necessary. Both technicians were courteous, professional and left the work area clean when they were done. In addition, Precision Door Service provides a Military and 1st Responder discount.

I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them.
