I called around noon and Walter was at our house at 4:20 pm. He had all the answers and pointed out some things that were important for us to know. Walter fixed our problem and gave advice for going forward with some potential changes. And he was a super nice guy. I won't use anyone else based on this experience!

Even though I called about 4:30 pm., Precision was quick to offer an appointment for the next day so we could use our garage ASAP. One of the springs had broken and Kaleb came to do the job. He explained everything thoroughly and replaced both springs. We were up and running in about 2 hours. We had used Precision about 5 years ago and they replaced our motor. In both instances their work was very good, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called for help programming the Homelink system in my car to the garage door opener. Seemed simple but apparently was not... Precision sent a technician (Hayden) out the same day who resolved the issue. In addition he answered programming questions regarding the outside keypad that opens the door and completed a safety checklist for the door opening system. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Precision Door.
