Spring broke on my garage door. Called Precision and they were able to get out within two hours to get springs replaced and door tuned up. Professional serviceman who explained what was required and within an hour my garage door was up and running. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Our 18 year old garage door opener died on us, and we called Precision after 5:00 p.m. on Monday. They arranged for a technician to come out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 on Tuesday! And at 8:00 Kaleb came out to assess the situation. It was clearly time to replace the unit and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and he explained step-by-step the operation of the new unit. They have my highest recommendation for garage door service and I asked him to kindly leave their contact information so if I ever need service again, for sure I'll go with Precision!

Jason came to my house to replace door molding and an inside garage remote. He checked everything out and made my garage doors in working order. Great service. Garage was stuck in the down position and service showed up within 2 hours of my call. I was not is a super hurry or I am sure they would have shown up sooner. Was very efficient in fixing the garage door and even did a few extra items to make sure was working properly.

Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. He made recommendations regarding the replacement trim and the upkeep on the door itself. He sent us an email detailing everything that he went over with us. He did a great job! We were quite pleased!

I was heading into work on a Friday morning, only to learn that the garage door broke halfway down its track. With the weekend, I was worried that no one would be able to fix the door for several days and that the garage door would be stuck in that position.. I called Precision and a representative answered the phone immediately. A very capable serviceperson arrived at my house within one hour. Our garage door spring broke Thursday evening. I immediately called and was able to schedule the repair for 8AM Friday morning. The technician was right on time. He assessed the repair and explained in detail the options. He had everything necessary to do the repair on the truck and was done in about an hour. Walter is very knowledgeable and friendly. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.
