The day after Christmas 2023 our large garage door stopped working. It was clearly broken. I called Precision and they came out the same day. Colton Coffell was our technician. Great, great service. Garage door actually broken with both cars "trapped " in the garage at 10:00 at night. At 8:20 the next morning, the repairman was repairing my door and I was off to work. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. What a lifesaver! Thanks.

I found the company in the Mint Magazine and called to get an estimate and they were the most friendly and provided a rough estimate for repair. The technician, Chad, was very professional and friendly. He offered several options but did not do a hard sell of any of the options.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs. Both were courteous, professional, kind , and very knowledgeable about Precision and the work that needed to be done so that the door was functional once again. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing any type of garage door service.
