I purchased and had installed the springs, rollers, motor, and all related electronics. The repairs were made by Noah. I was extremely impressed with Noah, who made the repairs. Their technician, Jeff arrived about 10am and immediately saw one of the springs had failed. He quickly took care of the issue and had the door operational. He suggested and we agreed to a few additional replacement parts given the door is close to 25 years old. It now opens and closes perfectly and much more quietly.
