Booked an appointment yesterday evening and was on the books for the 0800 to noon slot for today. They do not charge a fee to come out and assess the job (unlike some other companies I talked to). I got a call from Prevision Technician Hayden at 7:50am saying he was en route. Hayden showed up and made the entire experience easy and painless. Hayden explained everything in plain English beginning with what caused the issue I had (broken torsion spring), my options, and his recommended course of action. Within a short amount of time, Hayden, had everything back up and running better than it was operating pre-break. I don’t do a whole lot of review writing but I felt like he earned it. Precision should be very proud to have him on staff as a technician and for anyone trying to figure out which company to have out to your home, I highly recommend Precision. Thanks Hayden

Garage door sensor was broken. Called and had someone at my house within 3 hours on a Saturday. Could of put a band-aid on it but decided to replace the whole garage door system due to age and wear-n-tear. I had a broken spring that took out my door functionality. I scheduled online, they came out the next morning. Connor was fantastic from start to finish, he explained everything, gave me options, and they offer Military and First Responders discounts as well. By the time it was said and done, I had ALL new hardware, instead of one overloaded spring that was the original spring, he added two efficient springs and adjusted my opener while he was at it. He was very meticulous, it made a slight sound coming down and he made some adjustments and made certain it was a quiet and smooth operation before he left. The door has never been more quiet and smooth, you can barely hear it. Overall experience was top shelf, it was the best experience you could want when having work done. Prices are VERY reasonable and they offer a couple types of financing if you decide to go that route. We have a separate garage out back that is going to get a door and tracks put in soon and I will be scheduling Precision to come do that work also. Whole process start to be finish was easy to book, fast completion, and outstanding service. Thanks Connor and Precision.

Our old garage door opener had been failing and after 15 years it was time. We called PRECISION and a real person picked up right away! They came out the next day (they would’ve come that day, but we weren’t home). Cameron inspected it and explained why the chain popped off and showed the bits of the gear grinding metal on top of the opener. Turns out the wood door was too heavy for the small machine. We wanted to keep the old door a bit longer so he gave us a several options. We learned about video surveillance models but I just wanted a regular opener. So we talked about two powerful openers and even a light commercial one. No pressure, just explained the differences. We went with the light commercial belt driven opener and it is awesome. So quiet! Cameron did such a nice job of explaining the process of installation, was very neat, and even programmed all our cars and changed our keypad on the outside of the garage and programmed that too. He tuned up and tightened the old door too! He was super polite and skilled making us feel confident with our choice - not to mention the warranty on their work and the opener itself. Would recommend to family and friends anytime!
