A family member had experience with Precision Door and recommended that I contact the company when I started having problems with my garage door. The technician arrived on time after giving me an “on-the-way” phone call. He let me explain my issues and we discussed different options without pressuring me toward a pre-determined one, giving me pros and cons for each one. Once I had made a decision, he got right to work and completed the job in the timeframe he had indicated. He demonstrated features of the opener and programmed the Home Link connection in my car. He was entirely courteous throughout the transaction and removed all construction and replaced materials. He left the work site in the same condition as when he arrived.

I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! They come promptly, are professional and respectful. If it’s a garage Door issue: Call Precision Door first!

I chose Precision because of Nate Lewis. His previous work for us created a sense of confidence. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did think that the cost of replacing our garage door motor and related materials was somewhat overpriced. I would have normally sought other estimates, but I consider Nate's work worth the premium.

I had an issue with my LiftMaster garage door operating mechanism. I called Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville and within 6 hours a technician arrived to assess the issue. Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!
