Precision was at the house within 30 minutes of my call to repair a broken spring. Within 3 1/2 hrs., Noah was able to replace my 2 commercial springs, on the 20' wide heavy door, with 4 residential springs and replace all the bearings. Courteous, professional, and cleaned up all debris.

The first thing we want to mention is Jeff. He was professional and extremely competent. I still don’t know how he did what he did in the time that he did it in. Our garage door broke and he came that day and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. When I say fixed, I mean, completely replaced our garage door opener and the belt and gave us a system that works so much better than what we had. We are so impressed! These days it’s hard to find good help. We are so grateful to have found this company. Thank you for your extraordinary work.

Our experience with Precision was great. I got in contact with Mr. Martin Tuesday and he came out the next day. We told him the garage doors haven't been working for some years. Mr. Martin told us what we need to do for the guess house, an he did repairs on the main house garage. It took him about an hour to repair the main house garage. We look forward to getting the other garage fixed. We're satisfied with the knowledge & service Mr. Martin provided.
