My experience with Precision was wonderful. Wes, is AMAZING!!! It was time for the yearly maintenance on my garage door rollers and springs. I am so glad that Wes was the tech. He took the time to explain upgrades & options that was available to help my door function at its best. He was so very positive, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, patient & pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I first called them a couple of years ago after we had moved into the area and I was so impressed that I saved them in my phone. When I needed a garage door company again, I called them right away and they were here sooner than I could've hoped for. Just like last time, they provided excellent service with a great attitude and an excellent value for high quality of work they delivered. Tim was my service representative and he was incredible! I can't recommend these guys highly enough, it's so refreshing to have a reliable company with good service these days!

(I was thinking when I should set a date for a new motor) I HEAR Riley say, "I have everything in the van. And he said, "I'll print you a quote" Saw the quote, said "yes" 3 hours later, have a new motor, Riley is heading home.

I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was. Gave me an estimate before doing any work so there was no surprise at the end, Precision Door you should be greatful to have such a wonderful employee as Cameron. Thank You Cameron

Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud. Decided to get his quote for replacing the rollers and such to get ahead of more problems down the road. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
