This was not the first time I have used Precision. They are my go-to garage door company. I called on a Sunday morning and the service technician (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived within an hour - very impressive for a Sunday morning. He was courteous and polite. Once technician arrived, I've explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing. Thanks for doing good job.

Winston diagnosed the problem and advised us in detail as to what should be done to correct the issue. When we approved the correction Winston worked quietly and effectively keeping us advised of his progress. Winston exhibited extensive knowledge relating to his work and interfacing with the client. We used Precision Garage Door because of the service they had provided us earlier. You company charged me for an a cost estimation that is overly price and never disclose the charge of the estimation via email until the technician left my house. It is an unethical deceptive practice. I will pass along my experience with your company to any social media platform that I can voice my experience.

Winston did a fantastic job of moving one Garage Door opener to another bay, and installing a brand new Garage Door opener in the 2 car garage. He encountered a number of issues when moving the Garage Door opener to the other bay because of the garage screen door, but he was able to solve all the issues and get us up and running perfectly. We’ve used Precision in the past, so when the garage door wouldn’t open, Precision was called. Technician, Chad Martin, came shortly after the service request was made. He evaluated the situation and quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate. He proceeded to change the springs, the 2 end bearing plates and flanged ball bearing. He tested the door up and down and balance, lubed everything. Chad was professional and he answered my questions. Job well done. Thank you.
