I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Additionally, the quote was not for a basic spring replacement. This quote was for a torquemaster system conversion, which included springs, end bearing plates, center bearing plate, drums, cables, and a torsion tube. Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself! For your sake I hope your garage doesn’t fail BUT if it does or you’re just looking for an upgrade, these are the folks to call! Thank you Ray for all your help!

I can't remember when these garage doors were installed. I've called twice since then for service. Twice? Yes. Twice! Why so much? Because I enter my house via the garage door. As such they're used considerably more than most folks. So I call for service. In my mind it's more tweaking than service. Regardless these folks answer the call every time! No robo response. They show UP PROMPTLY and do more than I ask even when I ask them to. Over the phone I said adjust 1 door. When Cameron arrived I said check and adjust BOTH. He did so quite well. That's why I keep calling them back. Expert installation. Expert service. The people I meet CARE. Sets them apart from others. I'm greatfull! The options mention "spring repair". I select that only because there isn't a "spring adjustment" category.

Rey was outstanding. He responded this morning after I made a request last night. He quickly resolved the issue (door had been painted shut by from the outside by recent exterior painters hired by the HOA). Rey fixed the issue within minutes so I was able to get my car out. Technician Kalen King arrived the same day I called for service. He was very personable, helpful and professional. My garage door was moving very slowly and I was afraid my vehicle would be trapped inside my garage. Kalen checked it out, explained what he suggested I needed to have done and got to work immediately. My door now works almost silently. It's like a whole new garage door. Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost.
