I have used Precision Door Service in the past and was very pleased with the technician and the work he did. It was only natural that I call them back when I had a problem with another door. The woman I spoke to was courteous and professional. She advised a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the door and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated his promptness and manners. I was so happy Precision could help me on the same day as my niece had her car parked in the garage and had to get to an Oncologist appointment in the morning. I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. Chad was wonderful and so polite! They offered to send someone out the day after I called, but I couldn't do that so we waited one day! Chad showed up promptly at 8 am and installed a new Genie Opener. He explained the process and why we needed a new opener. He then installed it! Very satisfied customers! Thanks again, Chad!

Mitchell did our work for new springs and rollers on our garage door. He called and let me know what time he would be here. In 2021 Precision installed 2 all metal roll up garage doors for me. I've used the daylights out of them and called asking for a "tune up". Tech arrived ON TIME. Tweaked and adjusted BOTH doors. My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.
