I was very impressed with your company. I called and you had someone out here within a little over an hour. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Your technicians were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.They Went out of their way to be helpful and to help me understand what was wrong. I’m an 82-year-old woman and people are always trying to take advantage of me. Your guys were very polite and couldn’t do enough to help me move stuff out of the way. I’m very pleased with the job that they did. More companies need employees like the two guys that came out. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs your service. I called at 9pm due to sudden garage door spring break and my car stuck inside garage. Staff were responsive on phone. Technician Chad called me at 7:45 to say he was on the way. While rushing to get my kids to school this morning, my garage door would not open. I called Precision Garage and spoke with Brittany.
