In 2021 Precision installed 2 all metal roll up garage doors for me. I've used the daylights out of them and called asking for a "tune up". Tech arrived ON TIME. Tweaked and adjusted BOTH doors. Tickled blue in the face. Let the professionals do the work! They KNOW their craft quite well. I'm greatfull for the service.

Great service. Garage was stuck in the down position and service showed up within 2 hours of my call. I was not is a super hurry or I am sure they would have shown up sooner. Was very efficient in fixing the garage door and even did a few extra items to make sure was working properly.

My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs.
