I am seventy six years old to start off with. I explained to Riley Holloway-Heim`that I was having difficultly raising the garage. He took a few minutes to check rollers, roller brackets for wear and tear on the bearings and roller track for areas that needed attention. Riley lubricated bearings and brackets for smooth operation. He then adjusted the spring for proper tension and made adjustment to both springs. Garage door opens and closes very easily. Riley and I talked a bit after the work was done. I enjoyed passing some of my life experiences on to him. It was a fun experience. Riley is a great asset to Precision Door Service.

Great customer service from the representative scheduling the appointment to the technician who came out. Same day service was needed for my garage door issue because I was not able to lift my door manually to get my vehicle out. Fortunately they were able to be at my house within 3 hours of calling them. Ron Fogle was the tech that showed up and was super helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what needed to be done to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend them.

Service was a 5+ from start to finish.I recieved a quick appoinment. Cameron the tech was wonderful from start to finish. Evaluated the problem. The garage opener needed to be replaced. He explained every step of the process.He was friendly and courteous. He hauled away all of the old materials. After installation he explained and demonstrated the system plus my new key pads. He programed my car opener for me as well. Overall I thought the experience was exceptional.

Second time I have used these folks. Same day service, the technician was there early dressed sharp, immediately began assessing my problems and had them identified and a solution for them.
