Every month I see your ad in Money Magazine. Today my cable broke and the door wouldn’t close. Your technician, Noah, was very knowledgable and fixed the problem right away. He had to install a new spring, rewind the cable and lube the doors. The door now moves up and down quietly. It has been banging ever since I bought this house 9 years ago. Thank you Precision Garage Door repair. Your technician, Noah, was excellent! Give him 10 stars even though I only saw 5.

After 20 years using this company to service my garage door, l have been so disappointed this last time. Called them for a remote control replay and got a quote for 2,600.00 hundred dollars. It is insulting and a total lock of respect. I wasn't home and needed them for emergency. I did it myself for $40 dollars. Unacceptable.

The spring on my garage door broke with my car stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the representative said she could have someone come out between 12p-4:00p that very day. At 12:00p Connor Brooks arrived and got right to work to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for the repairs. The spring was replaced and I was backing my car out of the garage at 1:30p. Connor was a pleasure to work with. Great experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Door!!

Once I contacted Precision I was contacted by our service guy, Hayden, within minutes. He was on site within the hour. Hayden was excellent...a clear communicator, friendly, showing options for the repair, and pricing. He did a thorough inspection and review of other possible future repairs and maintenance tips. In all of it he was friendly and not the least pushy. Hayden worked very efficiently. He was completely done within an hour...repair, lubrication of all essential parts, etc. The garage door works great...the best since we've lived here. Thanks Hayden!

Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle. For prompt appointments with no waiting several hours for someone to show, call Precision,,,we'll ALWAYS ask for Connor)!!!

Our garage door decided to start acting up on Sunday night - rather, it decided it would not close. Since Precision had done some work on it previously, I texted them late in the evening. Got a text back the next morning to schedule someone to come take a look later in the day. The tech called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA was right on time! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, (Nick maybe) but he was very friendly and told me what the problem was and even though I opted not to have it repaired by Precision, he continued to be kind and courteous. (Just so you know, the current issue had nothing to do with the repairs done by Precision previously.) Great customer service - I highly recommend if you happen to need help with your garage door!

Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable. He replaced my keypad too and helped me reset the code, etc. Highly recommended by me.
