Our garage door decided to start acting up on Sunday night - rather, it decided it would not close. Since Precision had done some work on it previously, I texted them late in the evening. Got a text back the next morning to schedule someone to come take a look later in the day. The tech called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA was right on time! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, (Nick maybe) but he was very friendly and told me what the problem was and even though I opted not to have it repaired by Precision, he continued to be kind and courteous. (Just so you know, the current issue had nothing to do with the repairs done by Precision previously.) Great customer service - I highly recommend if you happen to need help with your garage door!

The 2 techs that came out were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job repairing my door and did it in a timely manner. I believe their names were Hunter and Tybius. I would recommend Precision just based on them 2 individuals alone

We do annual maintenance after years of using this company. This year we replaced the bottom seal and the tech had it with him. No need to wait! I love that they send a picture of their technician to you before they arrive. The only thing I was somewhat dissatisfied with is that no one in the office nor the technician could tell me what gold package high cycle was on an old invoice. I didn't know if it was a maintenance package we previously purchased.

Same day service! I called at 11:20 and they gave me a four hour window of service from 12 to 4 and arrived at 1:25. I had a broken spring. He assessed the problem and gave me options to let me choose from and was leaving around 2:50. I noticed that the garage door ran smoother and quieter after the repair. So next time when I notice the garage door jerking when it first starts movingit is a symptom of my spring starting to go bad.

The experience was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me on anything. He quoted me 1.5-2 hours for the new equipment installation and he stayed well within those time parameters. He also gave me good info about future equipment for my garage that I might be interested in. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Today I received a phone call from your Garage Door Precision Service representative. He told me there expected time of arrival. Bradley and Armold arrived right on time. I spoke with Arnold and explained how the garage door and remotes were operating intermittently. Arnold and Bradley found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Arnold explained the problem and the solution to resolve the problem. We discussed what was required for some needed maintenance of both Garage doors. The price was fair and both representatives went to work. The job was accomplished on 55 minutes. Both young men were professional and knowledgeable in the system. Today I have one less problem to worry about. I would highly recommend Garage Door Precision Service. Thank you.

Came out the same day that we called. the service rep was very professional. Asked questions about what was going on with the garage door, how long we had it. What problems/ repairs we had before . Went in the garage and inspected the door. He was very thorough. After the inspection. He explained to us what had to be done and why it had to be done. He explained the total cost of the repairs. He said that he had all the equipment, parts to do the repairs with him. We approved . He started working right away. Excellent job.

Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle.
