Garage Door Repair in Middleburg, FL

Bob Riley

Tech (Andrew Butler) did a great job analyzing why my remotes no longer worked and installed new system - main door opener unit, springs, rollers, and bottom flap which were all 20-25 years old and not in good working order anymore. And did it all on same day he came to inspect. Also, he volunteered to change 2 lightbulbs in my kitchen and living room that were too high for me to reach due to my handicap. That was very much appreciated.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville! Returning home from a long trip, and finding your garage door is not working, is stressful! Precision Garage Door Service offered an immediate visit, late on a Friday afternoon. They arrived within 30 minutes, evaluated the issue and offered solutions for repair of my garage door. They repaired the door in a short time, taking the time to explain what was done and how to use the new door/parts moving forward. The professionalism, sense of urgency and extremely simple process is so appreciated. Would not hesitate to call them again!

replaced 1 spring and both guide wires. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional but parts and labor were very overpriced. I could have got the parts for less than 100 which makes labor over $600 for a 1.5 hour job

Numa Turner

Fast response. Was actually willing to come out during a tropical storm once, but I told them I could wait.

I replaced my broken door opener chain and needed my travel limits adjusted. After the first adjustment the tech made, it snapped my new chain. And of course he didn’t have a replacement. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, had to have a new opener installed. Charged me $799.00, my advice is definitely shop around before committing.

The technician was very professional and thruough!! I feel though, that for what I paid I should have gotten a whole new door as well. This was so expensive.

I've been using Precision Garage Door for many years for yearly service on my 2 garage doors. I've used other garage door companies in previous years, and they were not nearly as good and thorough as Precision Garage Door. Precision Garage Door serviced my 2 doors this morning, and the tech did a great and thorough job. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable. He replaced my keypad too and helped me reset the code, etc. Highly recommended by me.
