I replaced my broken door opener chain and needed my travel limits adjusted. After the first adjustment the tech made, it snapped my new chain. And of course he didn’t have a replacement. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, had to have a new opener installed. Charged me $799.00, my advice is definitely shop around before committing.

Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable.
