I made an appointment, and the process was easy and friendly. The technicians, Dalton and Bryan, immediately called me and verified and repaired my garage door. They checked each part and explained the parts' functions and conditions and why they needed to be replaced. They performed excellent work and left my garage with no mess. I highly recommend it!

Chad was great and only took an hour and half to replace broken old style springs to new style springs and upgraded rollers. Lubed and clean all the hinges. Went with the 10 years warranty but wish it would have been a little easier in the wallet.

I called Precision because my friend said that you had same day service and I needed someone today I was given a window of 10:00 to 12:00 but received a call from Hayden and he was at my door somewhere around 9:30m am and installed a new garage door opener in a timely manner. I found the Precision garage door service on line. I called them in the morning on Saturday and they came in and they got my garage door fixed in the afternoon on the same day. Dalton and Kyle are very knowledgeable about what they do and need to be done and they got my garage door done with in two hours. I am very happy with the service.
