Cam was super awesome! He was super polite and kind, and we chatted a little bit about video games while he worked on my garage door! Was super fast, same day, and was able to replace my garage door opener with no issues. I really appreciate the five star service. No need to look anywhere else, these are your guys! Got a shout out my guy Korndog as well, He's one of the lead guys there and he is super kind and professional! In a world where so many things are so hit or miss, and you don't know what kind of level of service you're going to get when you call somebody out, it's nice to know that there's a place still that values customer service and putting the customer first. Thanks again Cam and Korndog!

Recently our garage door stopped working. We called Precision after seeing their TV ad. Same day service was scheduled with certified technician Chad. He did an excellent job in assessing the problem and presenting several affordable options for repair. He answered all questions. Most importantly, the price quoted was the price charged. Thank you Chad!

Rachel Marsh

I rarely write reviews, but we had a great experience with Precision. Our garage door spring broke right as we were about to leave town. I booked an appointment at midnight for the next day. Not only did Drew show up right on time, he diagnosed and explained the issues that caused the spring to fail, then had everything repaired and running (better than it used to even) all in the same appointment. He even helped us stay within our budget, and they were more than reasonable on the price. Thanks again Drew.

David Clemens

Came out same day and showed up right on time. Cameron did an excellent job on the repair, and he clearly walked me through all the issues and his recommendations before he started the work - and my final bill was exactly what he said it would be. Excellent experience - I highly recommend Precision!!

Have used Precision a few times, Drew came out today to remove the bottom of the garage door from the rear door of my van after my wife didn’t pull far enough out and opened the rear door catching it on the rear window wiper. I’m handicapped and couldn’t do it myself nor could my wife. Drew was very pleasant and professional and took care of the issue quickly. Then checked out the door and the opener making recommendations on things that need to possibly be replaced or repaired. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of any garage door repairs.

Chanel LeBlanc

Have been using Precision Garage Door Service since 2010 for repairs and a complete new door. Today we needed service again as our door wouldn't open. Noah arrived and immediately started working on solving our problem. Found it and quickly replaced faulty parts after showing us the problem first. We appreciated Noah efficiency and another great experience with Precision.
