Service tech's were extremely professional, explained what they were doing, and were a little fun loving as well--- which I appreciate!! Had some components that needed to be replaced, and they were able to complete everything promptly and efficiently. This is why I keep calling them back to perform, and annual inspection - their performance!!

Precision Door came to the rescue within just 2 hours after we had a spring snap & cables fall loose and so our only car was trapped inside our garage! Thankfully it happened on a weekend, but we were getting ready to leave town and needed to be able to get our car out- and the garage fixed!- as quickly as possible. Even though we are renters, Precision worked directly with us and has a great process to notify our landlord automatically & thankfully our landlord is super responsive and approved the work right away. Our service tech Cameron was very professional and friendly and we had a nice chat about his Scottish background. Highly recommend!
