Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price....over $2000.

Nice people. Very professional. I was somewhat disappointed that the prettiest doors were so much more expensive than the plain old basic. But all of the employees were friendly and professional. My installer did a great job, left everything perfect.

The technician (Chad) was great. The associate in the office was not good. In spite of me spelling my street name (Carrara Court) 4 times, she sent the technician out with the address as Parrao Court.

Tech was very personable and professional, quickly identifying the issue with my garage door not closing. The tech also, took the time to inspect the "brains" of the unit and showed me what he found. He did not push me to buy anything I did not want and quickly replaced both garage door sensors and performed multiple tests via all means to open close and that it identified objects in the doors path and reversed from closing to opening. Minor issue was the time window of 4 hours and the tech did not arrive or notify me of his delay.

I was spoiled by my previous Chamberlain opener that had a sensor that would turn on the light when the door from the house to garage would open. I really miss that convenience. It’s working well and I appreciate the fast, courteous service Precision offered me.

We needed to repair our garage door and opener . Hayden did a very thorough job . Everything is back to where it was 20 years sgo. This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.

Excellent job! Colton was very good at his job of fixing my garage door. When he told me it had not had several replacements since 2001, that explained everything. The cost was high, but has a 5 year warranty. He made a list, and I did too, of things to replace, repair, etc. He said the company trained him to do this. I am an educator and value training like this. I will be recommending Precision at our next board meeting and to other garage owners on our property and of course to our CAM, property manager on site. Michael G. arrived right on schedule and checked out my current door opener. I had a list of questions ready to ask him about and he responded to every one with explainations. After a very detailed discussion he assisted me in deciding to install a new unit rather than trying a fix (the orig. unit was about 18 years old). I then selected which model I wanted, and Michael went to work on installing the new unit. He is a hard worker and worked quickly to get me up and running. I liked Michael very much and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Your company should be proud of having such a pleasant, personable and experienced person in your employ! I would recommend your company based on Michaels performance and personal characteristics!

I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was.
