Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost.
