Once technician arrived, I've explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing. Thanks for doing good job.

We used Precision Garage Door because of the service they had provided us earlier. The technician, Winston, was professional and performed the repair that indicated his ability to properly determine the problem and propose a solution. He provided progress reports and resolved our door problem to our satisfaction. We will use Precision Garage Door again and will request that Winston be our technician.

We’ve used Precision in the past, so when the garage door wouldn’t open, Precision was called. Technician, Chad Martin, came shortly after the service request was made. He evaluated the situation and quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate. He proceeded to change the springs, the 2 end bearing plates and flanged ball bearing. He tested the door up and down and balance, lubed everything. Chad was professional and he answered my questions. Job well done. Thank you.

We moved into a “new to us” home, and found out very quickly that our garage door was on its last leg. Precision Garage scheduled us for the very next day! Ron & Steve were fantastic, working quickly and cleanly, all while competing with our movers for garage access. Impressive! I would 100% recommend Precision Garage to everyone!

Great technicians, awesome service. This is the third time I've used Precision Garage Door Service in the last few years, a very reputable company. The office personnel and their techs go out of their way to ensure your total satisfaction from start to finish. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking to Daphne which quickly took my information and concerns and dispatched Chad to troubleshoot and fix the problem with my garage door opener. He is the third technician I've dealt with and a true professional just like the other two before him. I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. Thank you!

Noah was courteous, professional and respectful of my home. He explained the issue and suggested options. I didn’t feel the pressure of upsale. Although the overall work was pricey the results are fantastic. My garage door opener was 21 years old now it’s like a brand new one smooth opening. Noah even helped me set up my vehicle option for opening garage door.

I called for an appointment around 8:30am, was given an arrival window of 10am-2pm, Dalton called around 10:15am and was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer the estimate for repair. He walked me through a few different options to find the one that best met my needs. Dalton had all the work wrapped up by 1:30pm and everything was back to working properly. Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service! Highly recommend for anyone in the future.

Noah, was an exceptional technician. He went above and beyond to find our warranty details that allowed him to replace our springs for labor only. When asked about replacing the opener, track, sensors, and keypads he explained the various models and features and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive one. I would recommend him to anyone who is having garage door issues.
