Very professional and very prompt. Highly recommend this company and Caleb our service tech. Im dad we had to have this expensive repair but I know it was done right and I'll have many years of a great functioning garage door now.

Called for service 8:45 am. Said they would come out between 10-2. Arrived 11:00 am. Had my repair completed by 11:45 and back in service. Repair person was very courteous & experienced & I was happy to have job completed in such short time. Pleased overall with everything. Thanks

Great service! The technician arrived early in the morning, quickly assessed our garage door, and clearly explained the repairs and maintenance that were needed. We decided to replace all of the worn-out parts, and he had everything on hand to complete the job right away. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Our garage door now operates smoothly and almost silently. We are extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I read the reviews then called them. The lady took my information. 25 mins later Ray called to advise me he would arrive. 6 mins later he was on the the job. Broken spring and worn coils. 1 and 1/2 hours later he had replaced and finished. This is a first class operation from the receptionist to Ray. A bit pricy but very professional, highly recommend them.

I called Precision at 2:40 pm to schedule a garage door repair and they scheduled between 4 and 8 pm same day. Hayden arrived with a smile on his face less than an hour after scheduling the appointment. Communication via text was excellent. Hayden was polite and explained the repair options after assessing the problem and provided the quote and the job was completed in less than an hour and a half. Hayden replaced two springs, the shaft, three bearing plates, and ten rollers. Very pleased with the promptness of the service and Hayden’s professionalism and attention to detail. Will definitely call Precision in the future if the need arises and highly recommend.

Rey did a wonderful job on our garage door.Rey couldn’t have been anymore helpful and explained everything that he was doing to the garage door. If we have any problem with the door I would be happy to see him come to the house again.

The wiring work I needed done was done well. I believe the service man "up-sold" me a bunch of other stuff I didn't request (Mostly maintenance stuff), but I would have appreciated knowing about it and being given the chance to say "yes" or "no" ahead of it being added to the work. I had asked about a new remote. He added one to the invoice, but did say I could reject it if I wanted. I kept it.

Precision installed my garage door opener in 2017. They replaced my outside keypad last year. This morning I called for service. Made the appointment on a Monday, and they were able to come out the very next day. They were fair, told us exactly what needed to be fixed, gave us options, and they repaired the damage extremely efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about the situation, and offered some solutions for us as well. I called @ 9:00am to see if a same day appointment was available and they had one between 10:00 - 2:00 on a Friday. Chad called and said he was shred of schedule and he arrived shortly after 9:30. All I needed was a faltered remote synced to my opener. It had just stopped and wouldn’t sync for me using the procedure. It was a known issue from Genie, the remote was operable and I was all set within the hour! Chad was professional, courteous and friendly! I have had nothing but great service from Precision!!

Called at 2pm on a Friday w a broken coil. Technician, Hayden, was here at 3. Coil and bearings were replaced and door serviced and done by 4. Hayden was super professional and kind. Work other than requested maintenance was covered under warranty as I had purchased the extended warranty option. Very impressive. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Precision again.

I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. Both of these technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys!
