My garage door springs broke on Thursday night and I made a call to precision on Friday around 1200 noon and Britney was able to get a repair tech out toy house that same day vice having to wait days or weeks like other companies. Hayden showed up early and was very knowledgeable in the repairs to my garage door. My garage door was 18 years old and he was able to find other issues that would have broken within the next few months or so. Hayden was very professional and did an exceptional job. I am the original owner of my home and after the repair the door is so much quieter then it has ever been even when first installed. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding job. Will definitely use precision again in the future.

I had kept the ad for 2.5 years. The service person was courteous, professional, and exceptionally good at his job. The quick response was appreciated. I had rolled into my 2 year old garage door and had two dents and a loose clip. I was devastated. Now you cannot tell there were any dents in the door. And the cost was more than reasonable. Hayden was absolutely fantastic! My old garage door opener died during Debbie after losing power and I was in quick need of replacing it. Hayden was able to come earlier than originally scheduled and was nothing short of excellent. He explained all the replacement options available, happy to answer any questions and was extremely personable. The job was done fast and he left my garage even cleaner than it was before he came. I love my new opener, how quiet it is and how smooth the entire process went. I will definitely be using Precision and Hayden again as well as recommending them to anyone else!

Not Happy with my Service, We are a Military Family and my spouse it’s a Real Estate Agent! We had searched prices around and the cost for Spring replacements were around $400 mark when the Rep Texas showed up we feel he used the Bait and switch tactics with his presentation and lab top, he never showed us the high end we where paying for he just showed the prices and with all the different types of springs you carry how do we know which one is which,,, And to top it off and confirm our suspicions of being taken bye his bait and switch sales tactic, On his way to his truck after we paid him he even Yahoo to his truck saying “ I love Saturday’s overtime! We are really considering putting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since we feel we were taking advantage of our situation and we’re a Victim of your unethical business Bait and switched Practices!
