Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. The technician was courteous and engaging and the work completed quickly. I was pleased that he went beyond the scope of the repair and checked the tracks, rollers and lubricated all components. Very much satisfied with the entire experience.

I was extremely pleased with the repair and level of service by your company and particularly the repair person that did the repair. He was extremely professional, and went out of his way to explain to me what he was doing. He even found a needed repair on the anchor of my garage door which he re-anchored. The repair was made for exactly the amount he quoted me. I would rate your company 10 stars if that was possible. I had initially had my garage door installed in 2018 by your company and knew your employees did a great job. So, when I was having problems with the door not closing, I knew who to call. Chad was very helpful and polite. New what the problem was, needed new sensors, taken care of in a jiffy. Price was reasonable. I am very happy with the service received from Chad.

Our technician, Mitchell Dehler, was absolutely amazing ! He showed us up front what he was going to do and what to expect with our two new garage door openers. Tech called ahead as promised. Arrived on time, surveyed worked required, and provided estimate AND excellent explanation of his plan.
