While rushing to get my kids to school this morning, my garage door would not open. I called Precision Garage and spoke with Brittany. She was so kind and got my information and said someone would be out shortly. Not even 30 minutes later Nate the Great was at my house ready to repair my broken spring. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. The work was done within hours and I couldn’t be happier with the communication from the company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

I called Precision as a second opinion and quickly realized it should have been my first call. The technician that arrived (Riley) was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He afforded me the ability to bounce ideas back and forth as to what could be causing my issue; I value when a company supports a free flow of ideas to determine an issue and fix. Highly recommend!
