Prior to the install we had Matt and Rebekah come out to give us a quote and go over the different types of doors. They were so thorough and answered all of questions. The following week we had a technician come out and install the door and help us program remotes and our cars. Franklin was very professional and nice. He did an amazing job with installing our door. Whatever hiring practices Precision are practicing please continue to do them. Every one was professional, friendly and the customer service was top tier.

My garage door had a broken main spring, and was stuck shut. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service, and Tim V. came right out and replaced it. Tim said that the existing opener would still work and did not need to be replaced, but I opted to replace it as the opener was builder grade and 10 years old. Tim had all the components on his truck, and finished everything in good time. My garage door works perfectly and the new motor is whisper quiet! Tim went above and beyond to take care of the problem, and I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair.
