The details were entered on computer and reviewed carefully Dalton was very helpful on arriving at costs and discounts Upon selection , repair and replacement parts were in the truck. My repairman worked confidently to remove old parts. He had all tools used in a professional manner. The end result is a safe, quiet garage door opener!

I am a long-standing customer with Precision Garage Door service. Recently my garage door was moving erratically when in use. Precision sent technician Tim who investigated the problem and offered 2 options: a repair vs new door. After reviewing both options and discussing with Tim, I decided a repair was in order. Incredibly customer responsive & efficient. Technician was outstanding and informative. I, do have to pass on, I had a little bit of sticker shock on the cost. It’s been a while since I’ve needed a repair/replacement and so I guess it’s like everything else in the world and things simply cost more. Still went ahead and I’m more than happy with the results.
