Michael G. arrived right on schedule and checked out my current door opener. I had a list of questions ready to ask him about and he responded to every one with explainations. After a very detailed discussion he assisted me in deciding to install a new unit rather than trying a fix (the orig. unit was about 18 years old). I then selected which model I wanted, and Michael went to work on installing the new unit. He is a hard worker and worked quickly to get me up and running. I liked Michael very much and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Your company should be proud of having such a pleasant, personable and experienced person in your employ! I would recommend your company based on Michaels performance and personal characteristics!

Precision Garage Door is the best. At noon today the cable on my garage door broke and the springs continued To Push door causing rails to bend. I called Precision Garage Door. By 2pm Lavoris Harris was here. He basically replaced my rails, rollers, pulleys and springs. A new system and was done by 4:30. Best level of service I have received in a long time Call Precision Door. You"ll be happy

I have seen the commercials and could probably even sing the jingle. Today my garage door wouldn’t shut so I called and just like the commercials said they were able to get to me the same day! The technician called prior to arrival, was courteous and efficient. The cost to repair my door was extremely reasonable and fair! Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

The technician was very personable and apologized for being a few minutes late. We found the keypad was corroded and he gave me two options to replace it, with no pressure. While he was here he did a quick check of the door itself and advised me to just keep an eye on it. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so.

It began as a terrible Thursday morning. On our way to a doctor's appt but realizing we couldn't get out of the garage due to a broken spring! Luckily there was another vehicle in the driveway. Anyway, asked around on who to call to come look at the garage door and everyone said to call Precision Garage Door Service. I couldn't call at the time, so I went on their website, made an appt for someone to come take a look and give a quote later that same day. Heard from Nate quickly! He said he would be out around 430pm or sooner. Turns out we ended up at the ER around that time, but Nate came to the house anyway, while we chatted via text. He got the car out of the garage, looked at the door/spring, gave me a couple of estimates, and did the repairs that very night! It was well after dark when he called/texted to let me know he'd finished. (One of our sons was at the house and let me know that the door was fixed and seemed to be working better than ever.) I was able to make payment with Nate over the phone and the job was done! A little over a week later, I text Nate about light coming in under the door on one side. He came back out the next afternoon, made a quick adjustment, and voila - the garage door is actually working better than I remember it having done in all the years we've lived in the house! Nate was super friendly, quick, and patient with our situation. I would definitely recommend him and Precision!

I called Friday and a repairman, Connor, came out about 7:30 that night. He was thorough in his inspection and explained what needed to be done to have my garage door working. He came out today to do the repair work. I am so happy with the results. Connor was such a wonderful person to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I will use Precision and ask for Connor ,again.

I used Precision at my previous home and was very happy; thus, I knew who to call when the garage door at my new home was acting up. The courtesy and professionalism because with the receptionist and continues with the tech. Ron Fogle was prompt, even early with a courtesy call, and above and beyond professional. He examined the situation and told me what was needed. He reflected the honesty of this company by not selling me something I did not need. Few companies or employees are this honest which made me even more thankful I continue to use Precision. Ron was polite, kind, and honest with the job at hand. I appreciate Precision running a business where the customer really does come first!!!

Our noisy garage door finally quit closing down. Called Precision at night and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. I was able to manually pull the door down to close it for the night. The technician Nate Lewis came with his helper earlier than the appointment time. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and explained in very clear terms what caused the problem. After giving me a reasonable estimate he changed our old door spring system to the new design spring system with brand new nylon rollers and heavier cables. Both he and his helper Nathan were very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned any smudges on the door. Now we have a very quiet door and running smoothly. Thank you Nate Lewis for a job well done!

Tech was on time for an estimate for a complete garage door and opener replacement. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the estimate has numerous problems: 1) $2000 higher than next closest estimate 2) included a much higher cost upgraded opener with features that were unwanted, not disclosed, and not discussed. 3) separate costs for items like rails were not disclosed or discussed until received in the estimate. I ended up going with another company that offered the exact same brands and models and features for over $2000 less.
