Everything about Precession was top notch. The initial sale consult with Mark and his trainee Matt was awesome. I asked for quotes on an insulated steel Haas 664 and full view Amarr Vista. Mark listened to what I was wanting to do and then shared his ideas. Enjoyed chatting with Matt, you could tell he was eager to learn. In the end went with the full view Amarr doors and very happy I did. High quality, beautiful doors! Mark was the only sale guy when he quoted me wanted to ensure that my framing and padding was installed correctly before ordering the doors. He wanted to ensure the install would be perfect. He was a no pressure, no bs guy, very laid back which matched my style. Once the doors were ordered, I had a few questions and Ariel communicated with me quickly when I emailed her. The installation crew was great. Dan and Ronnie were top notch. Blow away at how quickly they had the doors installed. This was a brand new install for two doors and they were done in 3 hours. Once they were installed Michelle in finance was very kind and helpful as well. The doors and service was top notch, but the price was thousands less than competitors. All in all, I am extremely happy I decided to call Precision. Added update photos on 1/6/2026 that show the final install and the reflective film installed on the windows.

I purchased and had installed the springs, rollers, motor, and all related electronics. The repairs were made by Noah. I was extremely impressed with Noah, who made the repairs. He was efficient, skilled, informative and used his time wisely. In addition while assisting me with information he was understanding and compassionate about what I really needed, as opposed to what he could have sold me. Precision Doors should be proud of Noah because he represents their company very well. I would recommend this company based on the actions and attitude of their employee Noah.

Tybius What's on time and extremely professional. Instantly pinpointed the problem and assured me that he could have it fixed in a short time! Was up front about the pricing before starting the job and presented me a professional estimate. He also had both of the springs that my garage door needed to be fixed on his truck. This guy exudes professionalism and is a real asset to your company!!!

Hayden and Precision Garage Door were amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door work. They offered same-day service and did an excellent job communicating both their arrival time and the work being performed. Before any repairs were made, Hayden walked us through all available options without any pressure. He helped us find the best solution for our situation, and the repair was completed in about an hour. It’s great to support a local business—I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future. Thank you!

We came home from the holidays to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision Garage Doors first thing the next morning. Their technician, Jeff arrived about 10am and immediately saw one of the springs had failed. He quickly took care of the issue and had the door operational. He suggested and we agreed to a few additional replacement parts given the door is close to 25 years old. It now opens and closes perfectly and much more quietly. Excellent job by Jeff and Precision Garage Doors.

Wendy Ahern

The technician was knowledgeable and able to make important fixes and install at the promised time and price. Professional and unexpectedly prepared for any issues.
