I purchased and had installed the springs, rollers, motor, and all related electronics. The repairs were made by Noah. I was extremely impressed with Noah, who made the repairs. Their technician, Jeff arrived about 10am and immediately saw one of the springs had failed. He quickly took care of the issue and had the door operational. He suggested and we agreed to a few additional replacement parts given the door is close to 25 years old. It now opens and closes perfectly and much more quietly. Riley who was the service tech for precision garage door was professional, and checked the complete system to make sure there was no other issues than the spring that was broken inside the original support rod. He also adjusted the garage door sensors to the proper heigth. He cut the original rod in half to show me where it was broken which he determined was the problem during his consultation. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right and to get professional courteous service.

He took the time to explain to me how to operate it correctly and what to do if I ever have any problems with it. He explained the warranty to me, as well. He was very thorough.
