Dalton was very friendly and professional. He changed out my springs and bearings ( I didn’t know the bearings were bad till he pointed it out ) glad he was looking out for my best interests. Door works like new! Highly recommend Precision Door Service if you need garage door work done, definitely a 5 star company.

Very good experience. Crew was professional and quick with the work. Came out the morning I made a reservation on-line. I spent a lot more than I was anticipating, but I had a few other repairs made in addition to the broken torsion spring, and I had not had garage door work done in a few years so I guess that is just what it costs now.

Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone. Chad arrived and I discussed a few things and asked a lot of questions. He was patient, answered ALL of my questions, and was courteous. He did a fantastic job. Wes was fantastic! Same day inspection & service. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, patient and made sure we understood any problems, how he could fix it & to call if we had any issues. Pretty cool that trucks are fully stocked and ready to rock and roll. Odd 5% upcharge, but would definitely recommend. PGD is now our go-to for the future! My garage door broke a spring and wire. Also the door opener had a couple issues that needed to be fixed as well. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed along with new springs and wire. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come out and fix everything all in the same day I put a request in! Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the install. I would call Precision again and recommend them for any Garage Door service.

Wow! I totally recommend this company for your go to source for Garage Doors. Our garage door decided not to work this morning and with a quick check on who had some of the highest ratings in our area( St Augustine ) Precision rated the highest. Their website also allowed me to customize my appointment which was totally awesome at 6am in the morning!! Riley called before showing up exactly on time!!!!! and he was just so very informative and skilled at his trade. He even took the time to greet our golden retriever to let her know that everything would be ok ...I loved that!! She did too!!!! So, Precision Door was just so easy to deal with and I gave them a five-star rating because that is all that they allow on this application. Worth a few extra stars in my trade book!!! Recommend Highly!!!

Broken 32 year old garage door. Called Precision Garge Door about 3:45 pm Friday afternoon. Dalton arrived at our house at 4:15 pm. We purchased a new garage door. Dalton was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, funny, and just a nice guy. I called on Monday to make a change because I changed my mind. I spoke to Michele, she was so helpful and understanding. Got my issue taken care of for install on Wed am. Chance and Kyle arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Kyle was making sure he wiped down the door before he left. Thank-you Precision Garage Door. I will definitely send people your way.

He didn't deliver a 'hard pitch' to upsell us on additional equipment/services, but instead, provided us with valid information that allowed us to make the decision to replace some of the system hardware. Our garage door opener broke so we called Precision Garage Door. They scheduled a service call for us within 2 hours. The technician called about 10 minutes later and offered to come early and was here within 20 minutes. He installed a new opener quickly and programmed everything for us. We would definitely call them again if and when our other door opener fails.
