I couldn't be happier with your service. It was only a few hours after I called about my garage door when the technician came. He was so nice and polite and new immediately what was wrong . After explanation of what was wrong and how much it would cost he made the repairs in a very timely manner.

Fast and professional service! I called at 5pm on a Friday evening thinking I would be getting my garage door fixed the following week but to my surprise, the service agent was at my house by 7pm and had a fixed garage door by 745pm!!

I've used your company in the past which I was very satisfied with the quick responds and service that I had done. Which this time it was not just one major problem (garage door would not open) but it was other problems that needed to be replaced/updated sine my whole inside door unit was installed in the year 2001 when this house was first build. The service person who came out to check-out way it would not open noticed that he could do a quick fix to make it work again "but" it was going to happen again. Which he suggested that the "whole" complete operating system needed to be replaced in order to update with a "life time warranty system plus it would be transferable" if we would sell our house. P.S.! All this work was done on Saturday (weekend). Good job and service !!!!!

I tried to replace hinges on my garage door as a DIY project. I broke the wires that open and close the garage door. I felt like an idiot. I looked up at the large green spring that Precision Garage Door Service had installed about 10+ years ago. A quality product. I called and explained what I had done. I asked - Can you help me today? The answer without hesitation was Yes! I expected to hear that I would be charge a large service trip fee plus repair costs. Without asking they told me that I would not be charged a service trip. Just the cost to repair the garage door. On a Saturday around 6pm. Unheard of. Noah arrived 10 minutes before the start of my repair service window. He was professional and kind. Noah went above and beyond. Not only did he repair what I had broken. Noah also reinstalled by garage door sensor that had snapped off when the garage door closed abruptly. He replaced wires and screws that were not adequate for the garage door. Noah even adjusted the belt on my garage door opener. Another DIY project. Quality company, quality products, quality employees. Noah, thank you! I appreciate how you treated me and the quality of service and repair. I hope you have an amazing Christmas and New Year!
