Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told. When the technician arrived on site he was helpful, courteous, not overly pushy and generally seemed to want the best for us. After talking, we decided to get a new garage door opener and were more than happy with the service and quality. We learned about the company through word of mouth and am so glad we did. Had service on my garage doors yesterday. The Tech arrived on time.Did the work that he said it needed, told me how much it would cost and I paid the bill, I thought the bill was high. Check the part numbers on line . Some of the parts on line where $15.00 to $25.00 dollars, I was charged $190.00 each. Example - the flanged ball bearing was billed at $160.00. I think the price of the parts were extremely over priced. What was a good job resulted in a rip off for me and a bad mark on Precision’s reputation.
