Chad came to home to fix my problem with my garage door! 1. He was on time (in the timeframe told)! 2. He introduced himself and shook my hand! 3. Was very very polite. 4. Solved my problem and fixed the door! 5. Explain to me how to continue care for the door in areas that I didn't know where to spray the lubricant for a smooth closing of the door! 6. What I like the best.. is that when I called, I thought because of the New Year I wouldn't get seen until next week...he came that day!! I am grateful...THANK YOU CHAD!!!

Jeremiah Sheppard was my installer for my new garage door opener. He was actually early for the appointment. He called me to ask if he could arrive 30 minutes early. He was very personable, polite, and professional. The installation went flawlessly. He took the old garage door opener with him, he cleaned up any debris and fully explained my new garage door opener. He also assisted me with the My Q app and adjusted the camera on the unit. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process.

Great, great service. Garage door actually broken with both cars "trapped " in the garage at 10:00 at night. At 8:20 the next morning, the repairman was repairing my door and I was off to work. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. What a lifesaver! Thanks.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs. Both were courteous, professional, kind , and very knowledgeable about Precision and the work that needed to be done so that the door was functional once again. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing any type of garage door service.
