Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points). He was very professional and kind and made the whole process easy.

I got home from work on a Saturday night at around 5:30 PM to find that one of the springs on my garage door had broken. I called Precision garage doors soon after I discovered the problem. Within two hours, a technician was at my door, ready to take care of my situation. Two hours later, my garage door was up and running smoothly again. The technician was Polite, knowledgeable, and went right to work. The pricing was very reasonable and very fair even considering this happened on short notice on a Saturday night. That’s what I call. Great service beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to call precision again for my needs.

Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

Woke up to the garage door humming on Sunday. I called a couple of places and Precision was able to give me an appointment same day. The technician Rey was extremely knowledgeable. I though it was the capacitor, but after review it unfortunately turned out a whole new opener was needed. Rey installed along with censors and remote. Rey also accessed future improvements that I might need. Happy with the service, I just wasn't prepared to pay quite that much. I usually get quotes. After wards checking with some other people this amount seems high. Oh well. What is done is done. Coming back to add, my universal key pad is not working. Called to get a tech out. I tried to reset, and even used Chatcpt. The Genie model 2128 that was installed is an older model. I am waiting to see what the tech says tonight.
