Tim V was the technician sent to our house as our opener wasn’t working. The garage door was heavy to open manually and Tim could see that the springs were not the proper size for the door which could have contributed to the opener failing. They had been installed previously by another company. The rollers and cables were original to the door as well. After a short time he and his assistant had the springs, rollers, and cables replaced and repaired the opener. He could probably have just replaced the opener which Is what I was expecting. It’s encouraging to see a company with excellent customer service and work ethic, as that seems to be harder and harder to find,

On Sunday my wife and I were going out for breakfast and the double car garage door spring broke. The broken spring locked us in with both of our cars. I called PrecisionDoor Service and was given an appointment for Monday with a Tech at 10:00am. Chad was on time for the appointment and had the tools and parts on hand and did a great job restoring our door. Chad was a gentleman throughout the time working on the door. Precision served us well with Chad on the case and we appreciated getting back on board to using out opener. Thanks Chad!

After calling other garage door services, I chose Precision. Their prices were in line with the others I spoke to but I chose them because of the professionalism, my installer suggested several options and he was able to install the opener right then. I like the fact he had on a shirt with the company logo on it and his company truck that was equipped with everything needed to install opener. (We can’t be too careful these days!). I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door servicing. ????

Really quick response to our request for service. They were out within a day. The service person (Chad) was very knowledgeable and courteous, explained exactly what he was going to do, and did an excellent job of repairing our door. Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.

Colt showed up exactly to the minute. I explained exactly what happened and he examined my garage door and immediately told me the price and fixed immediately. I did tell him that I had tried to fix and he was very polite. Very Professional, started immediately and fixed quickly. Value price. If all your technicians are as good as Colton you will have much Success. I would give Colt six stars. And if I have similar problems you will be my first Call!

Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. He did an outstanding job with the new install and answered all questions we had during the process. He was very courteous and professional. He made this experience amazing. Thank you.

My home was well built in 2012, but in 2017 I decided (after a couple of bad storms) that I wished to have a more hurricane protective garage door. After doing online searching, I chose Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville--and I have not regretted that decision. Many visitors have commented on the door's quiet operation. The installation was flawless--professional, courteous, efficient, and well documented for me. I have only needed two service calls (and one was for technology upgrade) and both were accomplished in a timely, expeditious, and thorough manner. Starting from the company chat, they were great. However once the technician, Walter, came out it could not have gone any better. Walter was great! He exceeded all our expectations!!!! After reading do manny comenta on other companies this one came up. I can’t tell you happy and blessed I felt once Walter came out. He is such a great guy, I don’t foresee problems with my garage door in the near future, but if I do, I hope it’s Walter that comes back out.
