Your tech Tybius is a very impressive young man. He is excellent at what he does and is an outstanding representative for the superiority of your company over the competition. I am 89 years old and I have owned businesses and held high level management positions in a number of major insurance companies including president of one. I have hired many people and selected many to assume advancement within the company. If Tybius worked for me his file would definitely be marked "potential for a future management position". In the mean time give him a raise because you definitely do not want him to have any reason to seek other employment.

After 20 years using this company to service my garage door, l have been so disappointed this last time. Called them for a remote control replay and got a quote for 2,600.00 hundred dollars. It is insulting and a total lock of respect. I wasn't home and needed them for emergency. I did it myself for $40 dollars. Unacceptable.

The service I received from Precision Garage Door Service was excellent! I called for an appointment, and the scheduler was efficient and organized. The technician who did the work was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I went from having an inoperable door at 11am to being completely back to normal by 1pm. The spring on my garage door broke with my car stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the representative said she could have someone come out between 12p-4:00p that very day. At 12:00p Connor Brooks arrived and got right to work to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for the repairs. The spring was replaced and I was backing my car out of the garage at 1:30p. Connor was a pleasure to work with. Great experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Door!!
