You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. Thank you to the nice young man who provided such good service.

I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

This quote was for a torquemaster system conversion, which included springs, end bearing plates, center bearing plate, drums, cables, and a torsion tube. Such great service, easy to get an appointment, Rey our technician was so helpful and explained everything that was going to need to be fixed and then it was done and fixed in less than 2 hours, brand new equipment set up as needed on our ancient garage door, and helped me set up WiFi connection before he left so my garage door is the easiest access it’s ever been!
