Riley and Daniel exceeded expectations. They were punctual with a call in advance, informative, professional, and left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. Tech-Cameron was able to arrive early on Saturday and called ahead which I appreciated! He greeted me with a hand-shake and introduced himself. He was very thorough in his explanations of what he could do and what additional items may need repair. He completed the task with an hour and half. Our tech, Chad, arrived timely and was very professional and courteous. Even though it was meant to be a routine service, Chad was able to do a detailed exam of our 2 garage doors and components. He was able to identify issues that was not obvious but bound to cause problems if not corrected. He clearly explained to me all issues identified and how he had addressed them. I felt it was totally worthwhile to request a tune-up of both garage doors after they were initially installed by Precision a couple of years ago. Thanks Chad for making my day!

The technician (Connor)who came out was very customer service oriented, which is a A+ in my book, he was very knowledgeable and although I wasn't prepared for the news he gave me, the company was able to work with me to obtain my business. Nick did a great job explaining what caused the problem and went through all the options to available to fix the problem. He went through the parts list by importance and explained all our options to properly fix our issue. He did an outstanding install job for the springs and all related parts. He lubricated all parts and springs and went over a maintenance plan for care of the system going forward. Would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door system needs.

Andrew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my garage door spring when it broke yesterday. He was courteous and professional and went the extra mile getting a new spring system installed in spite of the shelving I have right above the garage door.
