Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. He did an outstanding job with the new install and answered all questions we had during the process. He was very courteous and professional. He made this experience amazing. Thank you.

My home was well built in 2012, but in 2017 I decided (after a couple of bad storms) that I wished to have a more hurricane protective garage door. After doing online searching, I chose Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville--and I have not regretted that decision. Many visitors have commented on the door's quiet operation. The installation was flawless--professional, courteous, efficient, and well documented for me. I have only needed two service calls (and one was for technology upgrade) and both were accomplished in a timely, expeditious, and thorough manner. Starting from the company chat, they were great. However once the technician, Walter, came out it could not have gone any better. Walter was great! He exceeded all our expectations!!!! After reading do manny comenta on other companies this one came up. I can’t tell you happy and blessed I felt once Walter came out. He is such a great guy, I don’t foresee problems with my garage door in the near future, but if I do, I hope it’s Walter that comes back out. Our garage door opener broke so we called Precision Garage Door. They scheduled a service call for us within 2 hours. The technician called about 10 minutes later and offered to come early and was here within 20 minutes. He installed a new opener quickly and programmed everything for us. We would definitely call them again if and when our other door opener fails.

Very good experience. Crew was professional and quick with the work. Came out the morning I made a reservation on-line. I spent a lot more than I was anticipating, but I had a few other repairs made in addition to the broken torsion spring, and I had not had garage door work done in a few years so I guess that is just what it costs now.

Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone.
