Chad with Precision Garage Doors was amazing! He came out right away, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. He even showed us how to maintain our garage door ourselves so we can save money in the future. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also genuinely cares about helping their customers. Highly recommend!

Precision sent a tech out the same day I called for service. Chad called to let me know he was on the way and would be at my house in 20 minutes. He was right on time. He listened to my issues, and fixed them. Then he checked everything to make sure nothing else needed his attention. He was friendly and thorough. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Tobias couldn’t have done anything better!! Communication was concise. Didn’t push to upsell (I called to replace the opener, but anticipated other parts needed replacing). I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the cost was reasonable.

Robert Hull

My 17 year old garage door was showing its age. I called Precision on the advice of a neighbor. They came out ready to work!!! The analyzed the door’s problems which were more than I suspected and immediately began implementing fixes. They are EXPENSIVE - but in my experience it’s cheaper to pay an expert’s rates than a paying a novice to do it over again. My door is working like it’s brand new and even looks better. The replaced bad hinges - added stiffeners and replace aging pulleys and cables! All in a couple of hours.

Sorry for the delay, but I hardly ever use my computer. I did appreciate the fast and very professional service I received to repair my garage door. Nic was a great technician and took excellent care of the problem springs. I may have used you many years ago and that is why I chose you again. Should I need to replace anything in the future, I will definitely call you again. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. God Bless!

Walter was my technician on 8/11/2025, whom I requested for service for a Genie coupler that was replaced in 5/2023. Walter is very professional and demonstrates honesty and integrity in recommending needed service and explains the needed repairs. He is loyal to his company and his superiors judging by our pleasant exchanges. I would rate Walter 5 STARS for his service! I question why the coupler needed to be replaced in 2 years at considerable expense to me. It appears that the springs replaced by a Precision technician in 2/2022 were not designed to handle the weight of my door. This in time affects the coupler, all reasonably logical. When Reggie, the technician replaced the broken springs in 2/2022 after 26 years of reliable service, he distinctly said when bringing in the new replacement springs, "These are NOT the springs I usually would install, but I don't have those on my truck now. But with your type of use, these should work for you." Rather than telling me that he would have to go to the shop and get the correct springs or make an appointment for the next day, HE made a CHOICE by telling me they should work and installed the springs. Given that my garage door is usually only opened and closed a few times a week, it's obvious that the springs installed should NOT have been installed. It was irresponsible and unprofessional. On a limited income, I had to replace a coupler and springs because of this Precision employee. AN
