Two technicians arrived right on time and provided quotes for both the repair I initially requested and the option they recommended based on the overall condition of the door. They were honest and professional—no pressure to go with the more expensive option. They ended up offering a deal on replacing both the springs and the pole that was too good to pass up, so I moved forward with the full replacement, even though I was originally just looking for a quote. They completed the entire job the same day within a few hours. Now my garage door is working like it should, and I’m able to use it again with no issues. It’s also great to support a company that hires veterans—definitely a plus in my book.

The technician Franklin did an awesome job. He was fast, and paid attention to detail. He knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. Very professional. Oruginal issue was quickly diagnosed as faulty PCB circuit card. Charlie did fantatic troubleshooting and provided options. He installed new unit and rail in record time. Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.

Excellent job! Colton was very good at his job of fixing my garage door. When he told me it had not had several replacements since 2001, that explained everything. The cost was high, but has a 5 year warranty. He made a list, and I did too, of things to replace, repair, etc. He said the company trained him to do this. I am an educator and value training like this. I will be recommending Precision at our next board meeting and to other garage owners on our property and of course to our CAM, property manager on site.
