Well our garage door decided to stop working and of course it would happen on a weekend. We looked in the Money Pages magazine and found a ad from Precision garage door service. Gave them a call and in a few hours Colton came out. He was very professional and courteous. Shortly after he came out our garage door was fixed. I like that they are open seven days a week. I wish that I could remember the young man's name, but I can't. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that's a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn't have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.

I ONLY call Precision Garage Door for any repair I need at both locations! I have used Precision for years and I have nothing but good things to say about this company!
