Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company. We had lightning destroy the circuit boards on our 2 garage door openers. Hunter & Ty came to diagnose our problem, which they did quickly & efficiently. Once we’d decided on an opener, they installed them on probably the hottest day last week. Both of young men were very nice, hardworking & polite. They were very respectful of my elderly mother and I truly appreciated that. They did a fantastic job & I would absolutely use this company again just based on these two young men & how efficiently they worked. They answered all of our questions. It was a pleasurable experience & I am grateful for their expertise.

I came home to find my garage door not working due to a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 5:30 PM, and by 6:15 PM, Charlie Russo arrived. He inspected the door, looked up my records, and confirmed that the repair was covered under my warranty—even though I didn’t have the original receipt. Charlie quickly replaced the springs, lubricated all the moving parts, and even cleaned up the area around the door. He was professional, efficient, and well-presented. By 7:00 PM, my garage door was working perfectly again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and strongly suggest purchasing their lifetime warranty—it really paid off for me!

Had an appt approx 6pm, the tech arrived and surveyed my concerns and give me recommendations. Showed me what needed to be done as an owner and when I should call in for safety and properly installation of garage door mechanical parts. He was very knowledgeable and provided the confidence I expect from a contractor. I will call precision within the next two years to replace my pulleys, cables, and bar as for it will be over 30 years of use. Thank you for not pushing immediate repair or replacement.

Made the call based on reviews and it started with Kate, she was polite was able to get my appointment set for a time that worked with my schedule. Then Charlie showed up in the time window that was scheduled, he was polite and professional. Carlie inspected and discovered the issue, quickly gave me a price and proceeded with the repair. Our garage door decided to start acting up on Sunday night - rather, it decided it would not close. Since Precision had done some work on it previously, I texted them late in the evening. Got a text back the next morning to schedule someone to come take a look later in the day. The tech called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA was right on time! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, (Nick maybe) but he was very friendly and told me what the problem was and even though I opted not to have it repaired by Precision, he continued to be kind and courteous. (Just so you know, the current issue had nothing to do with the repairs done by Precision previously.) Great customer service - I highly recommend if you happen to need help with your garage door!
