The garage door, now about two or three years old, was not working. I called Precision because they installed the original door and replaced it efficiently. The technician called me to let me know he was coming. He was cheerful, polite, and completely informed about what he was doing. His courteous service did all the repairs and replacements needed. You had given me a new remote on a service call in August. Today the new remote wouldn’t work so I called your office. The nice young man was very prompt and very efficient. I appreciated the work he did and the fact that I was not charged since it was your faulty battery. I understand. I actually have a years warranty on both the remote and all the new garage door opener That is posted outside the garage door. I would very much like to have a copy of that in writing. Thank you to the nice young man who provided such good service.

I had a tech come out to my house today to give me a quote on replacing the balance springs. He did give me a quote back at $2,400 dollars, yes that is correct, $2,400 dollars. So being a shop around guy, I reached out to two smaller mom and pop shops and got quotes back at 450-800 dollars. So luckily by shopping around saved me thousands. Thanks for never your company ever again!

Additionally, the quote was not for a basic spring replacement. This quote was for a torquemaster system conversion, which included springs, end bearing plates, center bearing plate, drums, cables, and a torsion tube. While we may not always be the lowest estimate, we do strive to provide long-term value, service, and peace of mind for our customers. Could not have asked for a better company to work with! Not only did they get me in the same weekend I sent the first message, but everything was online and seamless! They had a plethora of time slots available, and the service tech called on his way to make sure I was still good for his arrival time. Once Ray (sweet as could be and highly recommend you ask for him!) was here, he politely listened to my concerns, proceeded to diagnose the problem after troubleshooting, explained the issue, provided options that worked within my budget and completed all the work within two hours, *including* impeccably cleaning up after himself! For your sake I hope your garage doesn’t fail BUT if it does or you’re just looking for an upgrade, these are the folks to call! Thank you Ray for all your help!

Great, on time even called to give me an arrival time update and could arrive a few minutes early which almost never happens. Assessed problem with the door and explained it to me. Fixed and out in less than an hour. Super nice guy. This was the least stressful repair of a month long of repairs and trades in my rental unit that was destroyed by the last tenant.
