Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. your company is not honest and try to rip off people my GARAGE door spring broke and they come and told me 1700 to fix then i google and look at the part and average cost should no more than 350 to 400 after i show him all that then he say ok how but 1000 i say no have a nice day then he say let me make a phone call then he come back and say he will do for 700 i told him 500 the best i do then he say then i put cheap spring is not has good is the other one the i had to go to work and i had no choose i say i give yu the best 650 he say ok i will do then i ask him put door opener for me he say 140 i say i give 700 total he say ok door opener in amazon is only 25 i check any way this company ripe off and watch out and stay way
