The PGD tech called me in advance, he arrived on time and explained everything to me so I understood the issue, how he would repair it and what the cost would be. He was professional and courteous. When he was finished, he re-explained what he worked on, explained the warranty and took my payment. I have had Precision come to my home for years to make repairs and give my system a tune up. They always have great people. I highly recommend them for any garage door need you may have. Great job!!

We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. He first had tried to replace the 9 volt battery with no success. I was very impressed with Connor's knowledge of the garage door system He is a very personable and a professional young man.
