My technicians showed up early for the appointment. They performed a thorough inspection of my garage doors. They provided a detailed estimate of the work they recommended. They performed the work professionally and quickly. Upon completion, I noticed a weather strip head been damaged. They replaced both sides of the trim and painted them with my paint. I am throughly impressed with the professionalism of the techs and company. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

They replaced the springs and bearing plates and flanged bearing on the door and I wasn’t able to pay for other items at this time but they proceeded to do the listed work above and fixed the door which is quieter than it had been in the past. Hunter and Tybios came to look at our garage door on Friday, suggested all necessary repairs and were extremely pleasant to work with. We decided to move forward with the repair because of their help and on Saturday, Dalton and Ray came out to perform the repairs. We do annual maintenance after years of using this company. This year we replaced the bottom seal and the tech had it with him. No need to wait! I love that they send a picture of their technician to you before they arrive. The only thing I was somewhat dissatisfied with is that no one in the office nor the technician could tell me what gold package high cycle was on an old invoice. I didn't know if it was a maintenance package we previously purchased.
