Very quick response to my service call (same day). Technicians were able to effectively explain the problem and offered options and solutions. Work was completed in a couple of hours. Good clean up, I never knew they had worked in my garage. My garage door has worked without problem for several days since the repair. Good job, quick in and out, and effective clean up. If this is what you want use Precision.

Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.

Seeing Precision trucks in the area confirmed the company was locally owned. I was behind one truck at a light and took a photo of the phone number. When I returned home, I called and Ashley immediately gave me an appointment for the next day. She was professional explained the details of the service call. My tech, Brian, telephone and asked to be earlier than appointed time. Wonderful. He explained why I was having the glitches I was experiencing and outlined remedies. HE DID THE WORK IMMEDIATELY! Precision Garage has done a great job for me on my garage door, but recently I lost my Garage door remote and needed it.
