EXCELLENT SERVICE with competitive pricing! Nate was our service technician and was excellent. I called Precision at 3pm and by 5pm Nate arrived the SAME day! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He quickly assessed why the garage door failed to open and presented me 2 options to repair. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and able to finish the repair quickly and cleaned everything up and answered any questions for me. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. The problem was promptly diagnosed and in a couple of hours I had a new garage opener with new belt and keypad. Kyle was great in explaining everything and efficiently made the replacement. This company and Kyle both completely deserve 5 stars!

"EXTREMELY OVERPRICED "Easy to contact and excellent timing. Technician was great and knowledgeable about garage doors. Replaced both garage door cables, all door rollers, the metal bar for the tension springs and adjusted door. Lubricated hinges and tension springs. A quote was provided before any repairs were done. I would say door was repaired and left in excellent condition. However, I would say that it cost $1,300.00 after 10% military discount, so very expensive. I will update after a few weeks of putting door to use.

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!
