Every month I see your ad in Money Magazine. Today my cable broke and the door wouldn’t close. Your technician, Noah, was very knowledgable and fixed the problem right away. He had to install a new spring, rewind the cable and lube the doors. The door now moves up and down quietly. It has been banging ever since I bought this house 9 years ago.
