Very satisfied with the service. The call center was nice and professional when we scheduled the appointment. Nate the technician was on time. Really nice guy. Explained everything to us prior to doing our repairs. Had to replace a 30-year-old garage door opener/motor. Explained everything to us after repairs. Would highly recommend.

I have used Precision Door Service in the past and was very pleased with the technician and the work he did. It was only natural that I call them back when I had a problem with another door. The woman I spoke to was courteous and professional. She advised a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the door and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated his promptness and manners. I was so happy Precision could help me on the same day as my niece had her car parked in the garage and had to get to an Oncologist appointment in the morning. Chose this company because their good reviews weren't paid fakes, if I'm being honest. Several competitor companies just had tons of 5 star reviews that all read suspiciously the same, and then I dug in to find the real reviews which were abysmal. My concern was not getting ripped off and getting a quality product installed quickly (cause my door was locked up). Technician arrived same day (which was partially luck) and replaced my spring and rollers in 3 hours. Guy was super nice and explained what he was doing and why my spring had gone bad when I showed interest. No lie... it was an expensive service to get the good stuff put in, but I understand the hardware isn't cheap and I don't want cheap (cause cheap costs more in the long run). Door went from spring-jammed and unable to go down without extreme force and terrible grinding sounds to opening quietly with no issue in the same day. I was not pressured to buy products or services I wasn't interested in, and in the end chose the more expensive spring and new rollers myself. The tech was knowledgeable and hardworking even in this insufferable heat. I'm pleased with Precision and would recommend them to a friend based on my service.

We called out Precision for a check on our garage door as we were having some issues with the door opening and closing. The technician Cameron was great! He explained everything and we had our springs replaced. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Precision and Cameron were great to deal with!

Tim the technician was on time. He was straight to the point. He tried to save us from purchasing a new garage door motor. He tried everything. He said that he didn’t feel comfortable leaving till we had a new door motor. He was happy to wait for an answer from my wife. We are on one income . I don’t work due to a life threatening injury. And he wait over an hour till my wife gave answer. She was at work. I felt bad that he had to wait with a trainee. But installed the new motor very professionally. And he answered my questions about the he was doing. I would recommend him to install stuff

I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. I could not get the remote to close my garage door, it would open, just not close the door. We called your business and a couple hours later, a technician arrived and fixed the problem The garage door was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the service call. Speedy service and fixed the issue, now the door operates correctly. Chad Martin was our service technician and was courteous and fixed the problem in a timely manner.Thank you Precision Garage Door!

We had used Precision Garage Door previously when the springs on our door had failed due to age in 2018. Last week, June of 2024, our door stopped opening. Closing was fine but opening was a no go. So on June 17 I called Precision. Willow took the call and offered 2 times to pick from on the same day. Sure enough Mitchell called about 20 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and professional, he looked the opener over and quickly found the issues. It was past time for a new opener and he proceeded to replace with all new parts. Again, very courteous and very professional hence the 5 star rating. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of fast professional service because of employees like Mitchell and Willow
